    Sorry you guys. I've been binging the last 2 weeks. I'm going to try to do better. I stress eat and having my 2 babies at home, trying to teach them and work for home is wearing on me

    I was trending down in my weight this past week but last night I had a heavy and salty dinner. No regrets as it was delicious! Today I am prepping egg roll in a bowl and shrimp/veg stir fry. My spouse requested I fry some wonton strips to add to the bowls so hopefully I can control myself and not eat too many.
