    I changed my diet this week and I get up every hour while I work from home and do 2 laps in my backyard. Last night I played Just Dance with my kids.

    My weight gain is no surprise. After the death of a coworker to coronavirus, the first staff death from our facility, I haven't been tracking my food and workouts have become few and far between. I'm trying to focus on my mental health and I know that everything else will follow but it's been a struggle.

    I really appreciate the support guys, I know I haven't been a very good teammate this month I'll try to be better in May. Even though I don't say much seeing everyone's posts and great work is really inspiring to me so thank you all for being awesome.
