My weight gain is no surprise. After the death of a coworker to coronavirus, the first staff death from our facility, I haven't been tracking my food and workouts have become few and far between. I'm trying to focus on my mental health and I know that everything else will follow but it's been a struggle.6 -

I knew last week’s weight gain was from salt and carbs (I had just eaten a ton of chips and salsa, plus a margarita). While this isn’t the greatest weight loss, it’s still better than an additional gain.5 -

I really appreciate the support guys, I know I haven't been a very good teammate this month I'll try to be better in May. Even though I don't say much seeing everyone's posts and great work is really inspiring to me so thank you all for being awesome.4
