Thanks. I seem to always do better with the exercise. Not sure why that is. Yes, the condo complex sure is dog friendly. It's always fun to see my doggie friends. It's been a little cooler here the last few days so there aren't as many people out.

    Happy Saturday everyone,
Sorry for not posting yesterday. I continue to feel well and got caught up in the school schedule yesterday. I took a break from a weigh in this week as I was in such a fog. As I emerge from self-isolation, I am swamped with cleaning and kid stuff. I am technically out of self isolation tomorrow morning, but I am starting to get ready in the house with my mask on. There is a lot of laundry, tidying and cleaning to be done. We have been divided up amongst various rooms and bathrooms, it is kind of crazy. My younger son is overjoyed to be getting his mom back! I hope to just get out tomorrow finally, and start to get my mojo back!

Our F2F registration is now open, so please tell your friends, post on your walls and post in your other groups!

@pacsnc6 - That is so great that you are feeling well through your treatment. I hope that you continue to do well and sending you a virtual hug!

@xX_PhoenixRising_Xx - I am sorry about your iron levels. I had that in perimenopause and it can make you quite exhausted. It took me a while to find an iron supplement that worked and I could tolerate well.

@tryingagain5 - I am glad that you continue to get out and walk with your neighbour!

@Fi45 - We really hope that you change your mind and stay. I understand the need to take a break sometimes. I have asked that you be moved to cheer squad for now. That way, you can change your mind and move back to the team at any time, by just posting here or messaging me and Pam. It is such a tough time right now. Please feel free to post whether you are on the weight loss team or now. Sending you a virtual hug!

    @hope002 & @srw32 - Great losses!

@lennoncpa - Nice loss and you are on a roll!

@KUMEcyclingteam - Nice loss and great that the numbers are moving in the right direction! Yes, I suppose the beard trim could account for the loss, lol! Glad that you mom is recovering well too!

@mrsbell8well - That’s great that IF is working for you! Hope that those long days are not to exhausting.

@brown6267 - Nice loss and love your step consistency!

@sleepymom5 - I am so happy that Jim continues to do well and that you can get back to things a bit here and with your planning. I am just in awe of your strength through all of this! Don’t worry about the captain stuff and you can jump back in whenever you feel things are more manageable at home.

@Zumba_Luvah - Omg, you hit your goal! I know that it was not always easy, but you did it!! Amazing and congratulations!! I have no doubt you will reach your bonus goal!

@kirsten11872 - That’s maintain and all things considered, that if very good. I hope that things are getting a better for you this week.

@GingerPwr - Congratulations on hitting the 130’s! Amazing!!

    Saturday 4/25
    Food: over
    Water: 80 oz
Exercise: 15 minutes low intensity, 30 minutes medium intensity, 45 minute walk, 30 minute walk

I slept in a little today. Walked at a local park with a lady from my church and then we stood in the parking lot and talked for a while, 30 minute walk with my neighbor around the condo complex. She's been having some back issues so we walked less than normal today. Another neighbor was going by in his car and stopped to talk with us and we talked for about 30 minutes. I spent a lot of time outside today.

@Freeglerock A website I use for working out is Fitness Blender. You can filter your search for workout videos by the type and intensity you want and almost all of them are free.

@xX_PhoenixRising_Xx Wow. I'm so proud of you for doing that much exercise when you feel so bad! And I'm sorry you are having a rough time right now. Hopefully your new medicine can help. Hugs to you!
