It's been a hard week. Sorry I didnt post for the muac.
I can't focus on my goals. This makes me sad. It seems like I can only reach 1 goal in a day. 80oz water? Great, but the same day I go over my calories and sleep 3 hrs only. I eat healthy and under my goal? Forget the workout or water. Grrr. My goals are easy. But I'm in a pity party currently..2 -

This is such a challenging time; so many unknowns and anxieties. Some days/weeks/months are better and easier than others. I wish I could figure out a magic solution...I get discouraged and sad when I am not my "normal" self, too. One day at a time...it's great you are here!1 -

Can't seem to get back into the game. My willpower is going and going fast. I need to regroup. Was exposed to a few family members who know have the Coronavirus. Getting tested tomorrow. Wish me luck. If I test positive I am going to take the rest of the month off. I will let you know @keeptrack11 -

Keep us posted! I had it in March and it's exhausting. I hope your family is ok. Glad they are diagnosed and you can quarantine and get healthy.

I almost didn't do my weight lifting yesterday. I was feeling lazy and started convincing myself I just needed a break for a few days to get my head right (I had just had a rest day the day before). I took me until 3pm when I usually lift in the morning but I pushed through the laziness and went and got it done and it felt great. The walk outside was a nice change to my usual treadmill as well. The time goes by so much faster outside even though I walked for over an hour haha.2 -

**But I won't be able to continue for August, simply because I am a teacher and headed back to school full time so please, please-as I said to the team in July-if TBL is something that has helped you-consider stepping up and into the role for a month or two!**
