I have been so discouraged lately. I’ve gained about 4 lbs since last weigh in. I can’t seem to stop snacking at night. And I’m starting to feel yucky because of it. I need to get out of this rut.
You did it before and you will do it again. I think it is important to look at the big picture. This will be a small deviation from your health goal.0 -

New plan: Went back to something that helped me stay on track once before, healthy wage, you can bet on yourself, lose x amount of weight in x amount of time, get x amount of $$. I've done it in the past and they really do pay you what they say they will if you are successful!
if anyone is interested, I have a friend link to boost your prize.

HEY TEAM I'M BACK. . .better late than never😜😜😜
Thanks to @AB0215 for allowing me back to be on the Cheer Squad this month.
A little intro to new & old members:
My name is Gloria 41yrs old and currently weigh 508.3lbs.
I've had a brunch of health issues that I had to leave the group for awhile since I kept being hospitalized. Now on oxygen as I have been diagnosed with COPD (due to damage lungs from second hand smoke) still have chronic pain in my back and knees so walking is not my friend but I'm trying with the help of my WALKER.
At this present time I'm stable and hope to continue to improve on health as I continue this journey process. I am currently working with a Baraitric Doctor to lose my weight naturally without surgery and so far I've seen a lot of progress but still have a long way to go. In March I weigh in at 536lbs at my Baraitric doctor's office and since I started a form of Keto (40% protein 40% fat 20% carbs) with intermittent fasting I've lost 22.4lbs
Since this is my Lifestyle change I am also using the technique of mindful eating (prepping my meals) and coming up with new recipes weekly. My latest recipe is Zucchini lasagna. 😋😋😋
The key to my success so far is working the triangle:
1. Physical (body)
Meeting weekly with my Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist
2. Mental Psyche (emotional) Meeting with my Psychologist weekly
3. Spiritual (praying to my higher power)
Soooooo locking forward to being on this team again and seeing the progress that everyone will make this month. I know we're all pretty much in the same boat (trying to lose weight) and I Am rooting for everyone's success.4 -
