So missed the last couple of days. Cause been cooking up a storm all by myself with no help. So proud of me. My mom did have to help lifting the cast iron and clean it for me because I cannot do any BLT (bending, lifting or twisting) as of yet.
So the week b4 I gained because I didn't have enough food so this weekend made sure I made enough.
But I tracked, maintained under my 1500 calories goal and water intake. My workout was cooking and cleaning. I had to pace myself so Saturday it took me 4 hours to cook and prep my dinner cause I got dizzy after making my keto cornbread on the stovetop. But the key thing is I did it.

This is my breakfast for this week: 3 boiled eggs and 1 cup of fruit salad with cherries, cantalope, strawberries and watermelon .
In addition a cup of protein chocolate milk since I don't have enough protein. Trying to get 30g of protein is not easy per meal🤔🤔🤔🤔
