So proud of myself I exceeded my Physical therapy mobility goal by walk past the driveway to the street twice in under 2 minutes back and forth.
My psychotherapist told me to develop a structure plan for my daily tasks so I am scheduling my walks for Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays morning. Hoping that will help me to move more the only thing that's hindering is I have to have a chaperone with me because of all my ailments 😥😥 but hopefully I'll soon be able to do it without a chaperone.
On another note doing so well with exceeding my Physical therapy goals that I'm being discharged in 2 weeks. Yessss!2 -
