This is my breakfast for this week: 3 boiled eggs and 1 cup of fruit salad with cherries, cantalope, strawberries and watermelon .
In addition a cup of protein chocolate milk since I don't have enough protein. Trying to get 30g of protein is not easy per meal🤔🤔🤔🤔
