Last night I was heading into bed, lost me balance and hit my back into the corner of the wall and then hit the floor face first. Ouch! So, they got me back into dr for Friday to adjust my settings some more. So I will be taking it easy until then. Since I canβt move much anyway. Iβm so sore. I will get there slowly. But surely.
Oh my goodness I'll pray for your speedily recovery. I myself experience dizziness from side affects of a lot of my meds so I totally understand.

Here we go. It's funny before I would've be depressed and start to spiral down into emotional eating. But since working the triangle in this journey I have a healthy mindset to go back over my week and figure out what I did and change it up so I'll have another successful week. My issue for this weight gain was eating too much unpredictable foods so I'm making enough prep trays so don't have this issue. Keep pressing on and staying positive.

Comments had a migraine last night due to my Bipap company calling 8 months later asking for their machine back when I thought I square eith them before I left NYC with my sleep therapist and pulmonologist. π₯π₯π₯

Worked with PT somewhat and discussed what I can do about my locked knee and new exercises to help with shoulder posture. Busy day today. Also met with Occupational therapist for recertify another 60days and discuss some goals with ADLs she was very proud of my progress.
NSV: my 4x shorts are falling off my butt when I walk. Sooooo embarrassing cause they are going all the way to my knees. It's a good thing good thing I have size 3x shorts that use to be soo tight and I couldn't pull it pass my thighs without help; now they go pass my thighs so smoothly.ππππππ½ππ½ππ½πͺπΎπͺπΎ
Side note: I think I should start measuring my inches to see another way to track my progress when the scale is not in favor.3 -

My zucchini lasagna always comes out too watery. Last time I made it my niece suggested putting salt on it when I let it sit and then wiping the salt off before I cook it. Well mine too came out too salty. I guess I didnβt get all the salt off. π€ͺ I still ate it though. Lol. I love zucchini lasagna. One of my favorites.
