I'm proud if my progress in the kitchen able to cook and create meals to my satisfaction. My zucchini lasagna came out too salty so I had to throw it out. I hate trashing food but I could not eat it. So I made a stove top pan veggie lasagna (spinach instead of pasta noodles) proud to say this time it was perfect. It's keto friendly and low carb but high in protein which is what I needed
Made so California blend vegetables to go with now I have my meals prep for dinner this week.
Going to have my sister make me chicken croquettes for lunch this week. Switching things up so I don't get bored with my food.

I am hoping that I can still be a member: If not thanks for the months that you have allowed me to be part of this dynamic group. I was with my mother for the past three weeks and she does not have the internet. She will be 90 September 4 and she had a significant health scare. All is well, part of her problem is that she is significantly underweight and it messes with her system when she loses any weight. She is half my weight! I had planned on just going with her to the doctors for a couple of days of a visit but it turned into many doctors and hospitalizations.
If allowed I think my last weight posted was July 26

I was at dr Friday and they ok'd me for exercise. But after programming it threw my balance off so bad that when i walked, my whole body starting leaning to the left. i sent an email today to the doctor and they are going to get me back in tomorrow to adjust my settings. Since Friday the balance is so off i have been spending my time between my bed and the couch. I should be able to exercise tomorrow once they get my settings turned down. it's been rough going. Wish me luck!2 -
