@mari_moulin - Thanks, I like the idea of making my own salt-free seasoning mix! I'll do a bit of research on ingredients in those available and see what I can concoct! Thanks for the suggestion. Also saw your goal of carb-free at supper. I had planned on baby potatoes for mine ... but want to limit carbs as well as sodium ... so am changing to 2 cups of steamed cauliflower. 👍1

Just one longer walk this time after the kids were in bed, ended up just under an hour. Told my son last night we could walk in the morning today but it's been raining/thundering all morning. Hoping the sun comes out later so we can get outside.
Great job on the goals! Fingers crossed for nice weather.1 -

Met with the personal trainer today and OH EM GEE! I think he might just kill me. I am sore in places I didn't even know that I could be sore in. lol. Anywho, it was an AMAZING workout and today was day 5 (in a row) of intense working out. Feels good to be getting active. The scale is STILL not being my friend, but as always the mirror is there to tell me everything is okay!
Definitely going to hit the hay early tonight! Have a great day ladies and gents!5 -

I really want to learn to crochet. It seems like something you could do, relax and have a nice finished product at the end. I think I need to add relaxing time to my day. Not just watching tv but actual quiet time. Great job with your goals.pandygirl1 wrote: »8/6/2020

You have earned the right to be exhausted with all your activity. I am so glad you can make peace with the scale. For a lot of us it determines how our day will be. Have you done measurements to compare from the beginning? One of my regrets is not taking a proper start picture and my beginning measurements.

So there it is, a gain again. I am not surprised with my eating this week. The late night carb fests have caught up to me. It is funny, I feel so bloated in the mornings from the carbs but when night comes it seems like I can’t stop myself. I am going to pull it together this week and get myself back close to onderland again. It’s a clean slate again today.
I have my first physio appointment for my shoulder this morning. I know it will be a slow process to healing but I am excited to get started. I am going to walk to physio. It is about a 50 minute walk so I will get a nice walk today. I may even walk back.
Have a great start to the weekend!
Daily goals
1. Walk 30 minutes minimum
2. 10,000 steps
3. Stay within calorie goal
4. No late night snacking
5. 72 ounces of water
6. Bed by 11pm2 -

Awesome loss this week! What are your tips for accomplishing a nice loss?Good morning team weigh on this am 161 not what i hopes but i haven’t been 100% focused with my diet i have my 12 year old granddaughter here for a few days and we are having a blast but not eating too well.
A pound is a really nice loss. Don’t be so hard on yourself. My granddaughters are coming over tonight and I find my eating is not as great as it should be when they are here also.

This is a tough one. I would have to say I love my perseverance. No matter what life throws at me I always find away to keep going. I think this has allowed me to stick with my weight loss journey in spite of the ups and downs.2 -

Thanks!
The only tip is consistency. 80% diet, 20% exercise.
Define calorie intake threshold, go for an high protein diet and cardio in the gym. Keep that up and results will appear.5 -
