@mari_moulin - Thanks, I like the idea of making my own salt-free seasoning mix! I'll do a bit of research on ingredients in those available and see what I can concoct! Thanks for the suggestion. Also saw your goal of carb-free at supper. I had planned on baby potatoes for mine ... but want to limit carbs as well as sodium ... so am changing to 2 cups of steamed cauliflower. 👍

Just one longer walk this time after the kids were in bed, ended up just under an hour. Told my son last night we could walk in the morning today but it's been raining/thundering all morning. Hoping the sun comes out later so we can get outside.

Great job on the goals! Fingers crossed for nice weather.

I try to get some reading in, or I do a relaxing yoga/meditation video, or I crochet... I do a lot of crocheting actually.

I really want to learn to crochet. It seems like something you could do, relax and have a nice finished product at the end. I think I need to add relaxing time to my day. Not just watching tv but actual quiet time. Great job with your goals.

    Under food goal.
    EXHAUSTED!

Met with the personal trainer today and OH EM GEE! I think he might just kill me. I am sore in places I didn't even know that I could be sore in. lol. Anywho, it was an AMAZING workout and today was day 5 (in a row) of intense working out. Feels good to be getting active. The scale is STILL not being my friend, but as always the mirror is there to tell me everything is okay!

Definitely going to hit the hay early tonight! Have a great day ladies and gents!

You have earned the right to be exhausted with all your activity. I am so glad you can make peace with the scale. For a lot of us it determines how our day will be. Have you done measurements to compare from the beginning? One of my regrets is not taking a proper start picture and my beginning measurements.
