@HASWLRS thanks! I'm sure I had horrible form, but I'm glad I was able to do it! Even if it was only on one side! I hope you give the recipe a shot! It's good!

I’m still here. Gonna have to catch up on all these posts later. Work is still insane plus we just got a new roof and need our plumbing redone. Goodbye savings account 🙃

    Accountability challenge

I did really good with food on Sunday, swam and played lots of pool volleyball. BUT I may have drank one or ten too many alcoholic drinks ...
Monday I tracked and was under but was too exhausted to get out and go for a walk
    Tuesday I did just fine

@cmhubbard92, I have never bought coconut oil before...is there anything I should look for? And what kind of chocolate chips do you recommend.....semi-sweet or milk chocolate or something else altogether? (The reason this recipe intrigues me, is that sometimes my fat intake is quite low, and it would be nice to have an easy way {and a delicious way} to top that number up!)

@HASWLRS you can use what you prefer, but I use Lilys dark chocolate chip, made with stevia instead of sugar. I also use refined coconut oil, but I don't have a preference over brand. I will buy organic if it's on sale, but I am not picky. Because carbs aren't a concern, you could use whatever type of chocolate you prefer.

I like the low carbs but the LAST thing I need is a fat bomb!! 😕
