Today's yoga was short but focused on abs. It was slowed down and I definitely felt it!!! We picked up a bunch of stuff for our new family addition that we will be getting tomorrow! A kitten! I'm super excited, but now I will have another animal to navigate around when I workout!

Great job on the workout! Also please post pictures of your new kitty!

    under: H#!! no!!
exercise: yes, I used my in-laws ancient Nordic Track for 30 minutes for another Challenge. What an awkward machine!
water: yes, the minimum 8 cups
    steps: a measly 5,382

Not a good day overall, but there were some parts that were good. I did not sleep well, for starters. My food scale battery was burned out first thing in the morning. I knew I was making my family an authentic Hungarian dinner, and when I tried to pre-log it using entries in the database, I discovered it was going to be a challenge to stay under for the day. So with those three hurdles already in front of me, my brain went to the "effit" place, and I started with a bag of crackers and it went downhill from there!

The good? I got in a visit with my in-laws, the chicken paprikash and cucumber salad turned out well, and both my boys were here for supper. It was also weigh-in day, and I had a good one. (Now I have six days left to mitigate any damage from yesterday).

    Reflections:
Today was a beyond lazy day, and I let myself get way off track with my keto/yoga! Tomorrow may be another carby day, but I am planning on pre-planning my food for the week, and meal prepping whatever I can!

    Tomorrow I WILL:
    Complete days 7 & 8 of 30 day yoga (about 1hr)
    Continue to log all food
    Walk at least 30 minutes
    Reach 8,000 steps
Drink water earlier in the day! This is my downfall on days off!
    Plan out the week/meal prep!

@cmhubbard92 I have that problem on weekends or rest day also. I drink 2 20oz bottles with my morning workout. If I miss that it's a struggle to catch up.

@DaffyGirl88 During the work week I am really good about it, because I switch to water when I start work, and only drink coffee on my breaks... on the weekends I usually nurse more coffee until around lunch, and then try to play catch up on my water in the afternoon... I still hit my minimum goal, but it's much less than I drink during the week, i think.

@HASWLRS thank you! I just beat myself up a little when I am not following my plan like I usually do! I definitely needed some unwinding from my current diet, but I'm not liking how my scale is looking because of it!
