    Need to stay away from temptations despite the disappointment in weight gain extremely proud of my inches lost I can almost walk through the bathroom without turning.

    Goals/comments proud that I was able to double my exercise routine and I was my laundry for the first time myself in 3yrs an huge accomplishment still need help with the blankets, rugs&towels.

    I didn’t do anything today. I hope to get back on track tomorrow when I head home. I did meet my third new cousin in a week - this time, it was at a local museum I visited with an out-of-town friend. I love history and meeting new relatives. It fascinates me.
