Goals/comments: So didn't get on the scale this morning as I had my Bariatric appointment this after was so stoke I lost 10.9lbs since my last visit with my doctor. I told her I'm sticking to my food plan 95% of the time she was impressed with my weightloss and I made a list of all my NSVs since June 2020 but was super impress that from my last appt (9/3) till now I lost 59" inches overall as of yesterday. Proud of my progress and she told me to keep the momentum going.

@gjaholy33 I say this a lot, consistency is key. Strive for progress, not perfection. If you're keeping on track 95% of the time, you will be successful. That 5% of the time you're not staying on plan is NOT going to hold you back, and you just proved it! Ride that train to success!!

Had my assessment for aquatherapy today. Although it will be a challenge as there's 13 steps I have to walk up b4 getting to the pool; I was approved to begin my therapy there starting Nov. 2nd for 2x a week. So looking at a positive this will help with my gait and me to burn more so I may meet my goal b4 my birthday as I still desire to try to lose 25lbs in the next 70 days till my birthday. Pushing through.
It's funny cause we had a virtual family mtg of our upcoming virtual parties and I mentioned how I'll be making my own special cupcakes and they were like, "why can't you eat regular" and I said, "we have too many parties coming up for me to get carried away."

We are doing work in the yard and had 12 cubic yards of dirt delivered. My neighbor, such a nice man. Came over to help us. Sad part is he’s in his 70s and I ran out of steam before he did. Made me realize how out of shape I’ve become. Very appreciative of his help though0
