Goals/comments had my 18hr intermittent fasting even though I had my pulmonologist appt today things went so well I was in and out the only disappointing news was I had to stay on my oxygen because although I'm improving on other areas my oxygen went from 100 to 70 as I walk around the doctor's office. The good thing is I was able to walk around the office for a full 6 minute walking test back in February I had to sit after two minutes.0 -

I have some more health issues than I realised, per several doctors’ visits the last week, so that forces me to make some decisions about what to do with my habits and my life. My doctor was so proud of my progress but she Nix the idea of me going out to celebrate my goals or birthday. So another year I'm stuck in house on my birthday despite all of the progess I made this year.
Also she assured me I wasn't losing my mind due to severe exhaustion at times and brain fog. She said it's all apart of having oxygen due to COPD-ASTHMA & Pulmonary Hypertension.0 -
