Watched my calories somewhat this weekend. Had a little too much to drink at a friendโs Halloween party last evening, so not sure what my calories were or my weight gain for the weekend. Spent five hours in the car driving home.1 -

So up my intermittent fasting from 16:8 to 18:6 yes the 6 hour window is tricky but up to the Challenge when I don't have doctor's appointments on those days will revert back to 16:8. Got my official letter from my doctor yesterday and it feels so good.

Goals/comments: Lost 2 inches overall this week also increase my distance in walking (b4 I only can do one house now I'm walking past 4 houses on my block.)
So all together this is not terrible results considering, I had a blast on our Halloween family virtual party. Tried to minimize some of it with my keto low carb treats but still had 3 slices of pizza and a handful of candy corn (had to give it to my sister because that's like crack to me๐๐๐๐) then I got mad at myself because 1 serving was 19 pieces and I only had 7/8 pieces but that's what happen when mindful eating becomes a habit.
DEFINITELY DOING BETTER NEXT WEEK over I lost 7.4lbs this month. Not bad for a month (patting myself on the back๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ)2 -
