    Cleaned ALOT for exercise/de stress that doesn’t include food because LA went on lockdown last night and there are three nearby fires making the air Smokey anyway. Spring’s lockdown I gained 13 pounds in 3 months :( So I am very grateful for you all and the support this group is giving me. <3

    **Not sure why the gain this week. It's my first gain since I started this journey at the end of May.     Logged food and have been great on food all week, but have been struggling to work out. Also need to up my water intake.

    I’m a little confused are we supposed to do the weigh in on a specific day? People keep saying it’s their day or not their day? I thought the big weigh in day was Saturdays for everyone? Sorry for all the questions

    I am trying again for another successful week ahead of me. Hopefully I can keep my focus this week again!

    This weekend was much more successful, but I'm bummed that I couldn't find my zero net carb bread anywhere this weekend. I haven't gotten back on my keto diet, but I'm trying to take steps to stay lower carb-I even made keto Chocolate Crinkles yesterday! No sugar, <0.7g carbs per cookie, and about 25 calories per cookie. Not the same as what my mom makes, but pretty close to the taste! Picture in the spoiler:)
