Cleaned ALOT for exercise/de stress that doesnβt include food because LA went on lockdown last night and there are three nearby fires making the air Smokey anyway. Springβs lockdown I gained 13 pounds in 3 monthsSo I am very grateful for you all and the support this group is giving me.

I am trying again for another successful week ahead of me. Hopefully I can keep my focus this week again!
This weekend was much more successful, but I'm bummed that I couldn't find my zero net carb bread anywhere this weekend. I haven't gotten back on my keto diet, but I'm trying to take steps to stay lower carb-I even made keto Chocolate Crinkles yesterday! No sugar, <0.7g carbs per cookie, and about 25 calories per cookie. Not the same as what my mom makes, but pretty close to the taste! Picture in the spoiler:)3 -
