I am trying again for another successful week ahead of me. Hopefully I can keep my focus this week again!
This weekend was much more successful, but I'm bummed that I couldn't find my zero net carb bread anywhere this weekend. I haven't gotten back on my keto diet, but I'm trying to take steps to stay lower carb-I even made keto Chocolate Crinkles yesterday! No sugar, <0.7g carbs per cookie, and about 25 calories per cookie. Not the same as what my mom makes, but pretty close to the taste! Picture in the spoiler:)3 -

I have really lost it lately. So much that I didn’t even know we were in a new month for this challenge.
I was vacation from work last week and I stress ate/drank all the wrong things. So naturally I did not weigh myself and have no weight for last week.
Good news: I made my first attempt at doing the right things since probably sometime in October
