    Weigh In

I know I missed my weigh in last week (cause I didn’t want to see that number) can my number be rolled over for week one?

    Last: 265.0
    This: 266.8

There was a reason I didn’t want to see last weeks weight, considering this is my “progress” of trying hard all week. Also I ordered some shirts in my size online and they didn’t fit 😡 I guess I picked the right time to get back on track

@erikNJ I'm sorry I'm a little confused... do you want 265.0 for both week 1 and week 2? Or would you like me to put in 265 for week 1 and your current weight for 2? Regardless, you are making positive changes. If you continue, you will start seeing that downward trend again!

I meant 265 for the week I missed.
My weight is what it is this week. A gain. I accept that. And I will lose that gain

Previous Week's weight: I missed last week. I really apologize.

Hi everybody. I'm really sorry I've been missing. I've been moving, and didn't have my scale set up. And honestly, I was a little afraid to face the scale. I am back, and if not feeling super excited about where I'm at, at least I am trying.

Had a very active day at work again. Unfortunately my ankle feels worse because of it. I will take the weekend to really rest it and ice it down. I will not let this stop me. I feel good about this process again after those two bad months.

Does anyone else suffer from Green light syndrome?? Meaning once you give yourself the green light to eat whatever you want, you find yourself at the fridge/pantry/Dunkin’ Donuts at every opportunity???[/i]

1000% that is my biggest problem. Whether I do it for a day, weekend or lengths of time. Like, I do NOT know how to just treat myself with just a little taste. If I caved at lunch and got something that wasn’t the best choice I won’t go to the gym and work it off, i’ll say “might as well eat crap for dinner too”
Or if we sampled new beers in the office at work, “might as well drink when I get home tonight”
🤦🏻‍♂️ I have so many issues
Preeeeaaach!! I have a ton of issues with food, you are not alone in that uphill battle sir! In any case I have really found a lot of comfort eating low carb high fat, I never get that FOMO feeling when I’m eating this way, but as soon as I set aside the keto guide then look out!

Last night was my ONE cheat meal I am allowing this weekend. I did have salad for lunch. A big improvement from my recent Fri night plus all of Saturday and Sunday of not even trying.
