    Did I follow my diet today? [Yes, and I was under my calorie goal.]
    Did I drink enough water? [Yes, a full 64 ounces.]
    Cardio: (what and how long) [Yes! I walked 4 miles in an hour, and I push mowed our lawn for a total of 2 hours.]
    Abs: (any ab work and how much) [Yes. I did 25 crunches and 25 reverse crunches]
    Challenge completed? [Yes! :bigsmile:]
    Did I take my vitamin? [Yes . . . finally.]
    How do I feel about my day? [Very satisfied. It took some doing, but I was able to put me first today, if only for 3 hours. :heart:]

    Did I follow my diet? well, I'm under my cal goal....not with good foods though!
    Did i drink enough water? gonna go chug some, just completed the challenge!
    Cardio? 60 minutes of walk (at the Mystic Aquarium with my hubby and lil one) 30 minutes on the stationary bike
    Abs? 75 as the challenge says!
    Did I do the challenge? Yes, got the cardio more than done, did my 75 crunches, and did 25 bicep curls and tricep rows, wooo!
    Did I take my vitamin? Yes, both my multi and vit D will be taken before bed like I usually do (I do this b/c I can't take the multi in the morning, makes me wanna vomit...ick)
    How do I feel about my day? Great day!! Today is my dad's birthday :-) He turned 71! We met up with him, his girlfriend, and my cousin and her kids at Foxwoods Casino in CT to have breakfast! It was soooo yummy! We then went to my cousin's house which my hubby has never been to. It's so beautiful, log cabin house, just gorgeous, and the property is huge! The girls had fun playing with the baby. Then we went to Mystic Aquarium! Beautiful aquarium with a lot of outdoor as well as indoor exhibits Coolest thing was seeing the bulooga whales! They baby actually enjoy some of it, which was good! She just wanted to go in ALL the water and splash in the stingray tank..haha. Great day! I'm pumped that I got my challenge work in, I need to just KEEP DOING IT!! Gotta get these arms and tummy DOWN.

    Did I follow my diet today? [Yes, and I was under my calorie goal, although not all of my foods were healthy choices.]
    Did I drink enough water? [Yes, a full 64 ounces.]
    Cardio: (what and how long) [Yes! I walked 2 miles in 30 minutes, and I finished mowing our lawn for a total of 1 hour. Also, I cleaned moderately for 3 hours decluttering and organizing a room today.]
    Abs: (any ab work and how much) [No. I keep forgetting the challenge part. Must. write. it. down.]
    Challenge completed? [Oops!]
    Did I take my vitamin? [No.]
    How do I feel about my day? [Very happy about doing something for someone else and getting so much cardio in. Not feeling too great about my food choices today, however.]

    Cardio: (what and how long) [Yes! C2 5K week 2, bodyboarding at the beach (amazing!), Insanity day 19]
    Abs: (any ab work and how much) [No crunches today]

    Did I take my vitamin? [Yes. I've run out of Berocca, though :(]
    How do I feel about my day? [I had a lovely time at the beach with the kids, and am so happy I managed to fit my Insanity workout in!]

    Cardio: (what and how long) [Yes! I walked 4 miles in 60 minutes, and and felt EVERY step. I was never so glad to see home. :wink: ]
    Abs: (any ab work and how much) [Yes, 75 crunches.]
    Challenge completed? [Yes! 25 Biceps and 25 Triceps.]
    Did I take my vitamin? [Thanks for the reminder. I'll do it now.]
    How do I feel about my day? [Had some time alone with hubby before my walk as we were doing some cleaning in the garage. It was nice to be able to talk and get a little silly with one another.]

    Did I drink enough water? nope....
    Cardio: (what and how long) lots of cleaning, cooking, general house stuff....I wish they had "playing with a toddler" as an option so I add that into the general cleaning, she exhausting!!
    Abs: not today, they hurt from yesterday! (can't believe that...jeez)
    Challenge completed? 1/3 of it with the cardio, no abs or arms today. Perhaps I will count that as my "rest" day
    Did I take my vitamin? before bad as always :-)
    How do I feel about my day? I'm feeling a bit tired, time to relax! Got to meet up with some girlfriends and get some ice cream with the kiddos. Did a buncha organizing and some changing around things in the house. But I spent most of my day playing with my daughter and thinking about planning her birthday! I've been putting together a wish list through Toysrus for present ideas.

    Did I follow my diet today? I did much better today, though I could have done without the prawn crackers!

    Cardio: (what and how long) Insanity and a bit of walking and gardening.
    Abs: 75 crunches
    Challenge completed? 2/3 of it with the cardio and abs. The push-ups I do as part of Insanity were enough for my arms...
    Did I take my vitamin? Must do it now!
    How do I feel about my day? I'm feeling much better in general today and ate a bit less junk even though there is still way too much in the house!

    Did I follow my diet today? not bad! Lunch coulda been a bit better, and I caved to my chocolate addiction, but, I kicked my butt in return
    Did I drink enough water? much better today
    Cardio: (what and how long) walking for grocery shopping with the baby, 35 minutes on the stationary bike
    Abs: 75 crunches various kinds
    Challenge completed? yep! used 10-12 pound resistance bands for the 25 bicep/tricep, hoping to step it up to the heavier band before this challenge is complete
    Did I take my vitamin? before bed as always: women's one a day, and 2000 IUs of D
    How do I feel about my day? what a depressing day outside, just POURING rain almost all day. I really wanted to get outside and have fun. It's so sad that my vacation is almost over! I don't want to go back! I want to stay home with my baby :-( But mommas gotta make some cake to bring home (and health insurance, lol). But I'm glad I stayed motivated to get moving tonight and do the challenge. Oh and I was a pound lighter this morning! Ah!! I'm coming for you 230s, I'm COMING!!

    Also I wanted to shoot out a question, do any of you have any ideas for a challenges that you'd like to share? I have several, but I like feedback about what you like to do too so I can integrate them into challenges in the future! I want it to be work, but also we we enjoy!

    Did I take my vitamin? [And the winner is, "No."]
    How do I feel about my day? [Genuinely frustrated as far as exercise goes. Too many unexpected things attacked me today. Can I go to bed now?]

    Did I follow my diet today? I did try, but my son wanted to bake some biscuits and it all went downhill from there! Wine and chocolate again... Naughty!
    Did I drink enough water? Nearly there, one cup to go!
    Cardio: Walked the dog twice and did Insanity pure cardio which is MAD!
    Abs: 75 crunches, different types to try and help with my sciatica.
    Challenge completed? Not the arms...
    Did I take my vitamin? Yes!
    How do I feel about my day? I'm happy I got through my workout, but I'm still eating too much junk! It will be easier to eat healthy once my boys go back to school on Wednesday! Not that they eat lots of junk food, somehow they are able to just have one biscuit at a time, but I don't have that much control!

    I'll think about challenges, too! :smile:

    Did I follow my diet today? much better now that I went grocery shopping yesterday, more spread out eating too which is better for me (3 meals, 3 snacks)
    Did I drink enough water? yep def took care of that today!
    Cardio: Aside from things around the house like dishes, laundry, baby; I also vac-ed, armoral-ed, and windex-ed my car! I also had to switch all the baby gear back into my car now that we're going back to work tomorrow :-(
    Abs: 75 standing crunches
    Challenge completed? also not the arms bah, does lifting a 20 something pound baby count? lol

    How do I feel about my day? I soooooooooooooo don't want to go back to work tomorrow. The weather has SUCKED on our vacation and I'm sad we didn't get to do the things we wanted to, ie GO TO THE BEACH. It has rained nearly every day and the day it didn't we had other plans...sigh...argh! Oh well, it was so nice to have that much time off, I really needed it!! I'm going to miss the baby during the day so much...sucks...wish I could just stay home with her. I am pretty pumped that I managed to LOSE weight on vacation, that's a total win in my book. I'm really thinking about my goals...and clothes, lol. I NEED to get into a size 16/18 before it get's colder so I can fit into my old clothes, I know I can do it! Bring it FALL!

    Did I follow my diet today? I was doing great till I binged on chocolate! I just mustn't have it in the house! My eating in the last week does not bode well for the weigh in tomorrow...

    Cardio: Got my Insanity workout in and am still dripping with sweat!
    Challenge completed? Rest from abs and arms today
    Did I take my vitamin? Yes!
    How do I feel about my day? It was the last day of the boys holidays today and the weather was glorious! We did some bodyboarding at the beach and caught some sun and I got their uniforms ready for tomorrow! My older son is starting comp (secondary school) tomorrow, exciting! Lovely day, I was just so tired that I had no control over the part of me that craves chocolate...

    It seems I've put myself in a bind by joining too many groups. I'm having a tough time getting all of the daily challenges done and daily check-ins. I'm a bit OCD and it's stressing me out waaay too much. It's been a hard decision for me because I like to finish what I start. Reality Check: I can't do it all. Ouch! That hurts.

    I wish both of you much success on your journeys, and perhaps we'll meet up again in another group challenge. Thanks for having me while I lasted. Only my best to the two of you! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    Did I drink enough water? yah, going back to work actually helps me with that, at home I don't thinking about it.

    Abs: off day
    Challenge completed? off day
    Did I take my vitamin? will tonight before bed!!
    How do I feel about my day? Tired, back to work, crappy weather, but So You Think You Can Dance final dance performance on tonight so it's not all bad!! Woot!

    For the Challenge tomorrow stick with the challenge for this week and then start the next challenge Thursday b/c I will post it tomorrow night :-) Good luck on weigh ins!!

    Challenge completed? I was just exhausted today so I did not do the challenge :-( but I still managed to eat very well and stay under my calorie goal
    Did I take my vitamin? will tonight before bed per usual.
    How do I feel about my day? My day went well at work, feel really jipped on time with the baby being back at work, and she was so exhausted too tonight (she has two molars coming in and didn't sleep well during nap times). Gave her some tylenol to help so she was out early :-( Wish I could be with her all the time! On the other hand I LOST 2 LBS since last weigh in! I feel so good about it! I"m really going to be able to be back on track being at work too because my meals are more planned and it's very difficult to snack because I'm so busy. I'm hoping to get back into my pre baby jeans before her birthday! I might just throw them on quick to see how much further I need to go tomorrow.

    Challenge completed? Well work got in the way of my entire after work plan. I had a meeting, but the parents were late and I didn't get home until 7! My niece and her boyfriend came over for dinner so obviously we had dinner late...and hung out until it was about time for bed because we hadn't see them for a while. Soooooo yah, damn....I wanted to bag up some stuff in the garage to GET RID OF IT. It's time for FALL purging (way better than spring purging)

    How do I feel about my day? pretty irritated about how long I was at work, but, it's the nature of my job. I'm pretty pumped that I've gotten into the groove of eating the right foods and knowing that I'm still going to lose weight if I stick to my calorie goal. I'm totally going to make my goal by my daughters birthday b/c I'm already down to 238 this morning!!

    Cardio: walking with some kids at work, and walking around the store for groceries

    Challenge completed? another day were things didn't work out as planned...also I had to go to the dentist so my mouth is not so please which puts the rest of me in a bad mood
    Did I take my vitamin? I will before bed like normal
    How do I feel about my day? I'm sleepy, my tooth hurts (had to get new impression for my crown...again), I've been having heart burn the last couple days which is weird, and my poor baby is teething and was up screaming at 3 am...yah, I'm ready for the weekend. I'll get back on track tomorrow.

    Cardio: busted my BUTT vac-ing, changing cat liter, and cleaning out my 3 season porch so it's functional with this beautiful fall weather!
    Abs: not this week!!
    Challenge completed? 1/2, although I did plenty of lifting cleaning the porch
    Did I take my vitamin? I will before bed like normal
    How do I feel about my day? Feel so good about cleaning out the porch. With fall coming I love to just sit out there and feel the breeze and drink tea, and relax. My daughter had never been out there so she was happy to explore a new room. I'm feeling really good about my weight loss but need to get back on track with the challenge. Tracking and exercise is always what works for me.
