    Hi Laurie! Hope you are okay ...Swelling going & did walk with crutches on the flat yesterday in the spring sun! So got some exercise cals in! Is getting easier & was less painful yesterday☺️

    Good for you! I don't think it unreasonable to drop or radically change the exercise goal from you daily checkin while you are healing. It is bad enough that you are experiencing this - it shouldn't reflect on your daily goal score!

    Posting my weekly habits starting 4/12/21.... getting a head start on my week planning....

    Goals

    1) stay under calorie goals
    2) cut back on sodium
    3) 20 minutes of self care
    4) walk daily to the mail box
    5) drink 64 oz. of water at least!
    6) no eating after 9 p.m.

    I’m watching my sodium too @conniewilkins56 .....amazing how much hidden sodium / salt there is! Found some great seaweed seasonings that are fab alternatives... a bit pricey, but OH & boys brought some as gifts for Easter instead of chocolate as I am more of a savoury person,

    Had a rather high calorie day today but don't think it'll have too much impact on the week as a whole.

    Sorry I've been AWOL, house move has had me busy and exhausted.

    Good to see you! Moving is no fun - even when it is a good move. Hope it is all coming together.

    Thanks. Moved the last of our stuff out yesterday, most of it is already unpacked and put away. I'll probably still have 1-2 weekends of organising wardrobes and clearing out some old things but the actual moving part is done woohoo!

    Received a lovely gift of some houseplants from my best friend who lives in the UK today (I have at least 3 plants in every room as this point) so that really brightened up my day.

    Today I also, through the power of Facebook, managed to acquire some glass beads to properly make myself a visual account of my weight loss. I have 2 jars - one for weight to lose, one for weight lost. There are currently 4 beads in my weight lost jar and 83 in my weight to lose jar.

    Going to pop them in my new gym/yoga space in the attic.

    I love this idea! Wow. Might just have to find some glass beads (and convince my grandson not to play with them until I'm done!).

    Just saw you let yourself off the exercise hook! Congratulations! This is okay! A bit of self-kindness is really important. Especially if you are injured :/

    Got locked out of MFP for some reason yesterday..app is so finicky sometimes!

    ✅ - eat at/under calorie goal - To be honest - I went over by 250 calories today. But. I walked 22,000 steps, I'm not eating back my calories, and I got my first vaccine today and my arm is a bit sore. And I got a whole heck of a lot of desk work done! So I'm giving myself back 250 exercise calories today.
