Hey all sorry I’ve been AWOL. I’ve no excuse, just life getting in the way!! I don’t know where we’re up to with anything but I weighed Monday and was 323lbs! I’ll pay attention from now on! Yesterday I was crabby the WHOLE day, and it was gray and gloomy, but I still took myself out for a walk before dinner and the crazy thing is that it really improved my mood. A few houses in our neighborhood do this thing of hanging old chandeliers in the trees in their yard and lighting them up with Christmas lights. It was so fun! Have you seen that before?
Today the sun is back and I am back to a happier me!2 -

Joined Crunch Fitness today. Time to step out of my comfort zone a few days a week. Excited to try a Zumba class for the first time tomorrow. Hopefully the change in exercise will help kick start my body back into losing at a steady rate. Have a great evening everyone!

@mooreshelly09 joining the gym sounds like a great plan for you! As soon as I can get vaccinated, I'm joining our local city fitness center. I want to add in swimming and some fun classes like zumba, plus have access to the weight machines for strength training. I'm notorious for paying for gym memberships I never use, so the local center with its drop in rates will be a good option for me.4
