    I thought the scale was never going to move from 215. I've watched my caleries and did the best I could with exercise.

    6 out of 7 days I hit my step target of 15,000 steps
    Documented all days hit target 6 of 7
    Resting heart rate 56
    I'm getting my first Covid vaccine shot today.
    Great job everyone, I'll have to step up the running or maybe start back with some sports.

    @thedestar Hang in there! You're doing great with logging and drinking your water, a day or two of not exercising shouldn't hurt you.
