    So just a couple days of eating healthier and drinking tons more water and I already can tell a big difference in my mood and energy. The weather might also having something to do with it, finally sunny and nice out today.

    Yesterday I was crabby the WHOLE day, and it was gray and gloomy, but I still took myself out for a walk before dinner and the crazy thing is that it really improved my mood. A few houses in our neighborhood do this thing of hanging old chandeliers in the trees in their yard and lighting them up with Christmas lights. It was so fun! Have you seen that before?

    Today the sun is back and I am back to a happier me!

    @annabananamc I have not seen or heard of that before! It's amazing how getting out in the fresh air, even if just for a few minutes, can improve your mood.
