    most steps ever I think - walked 4+ miles then raked the yard for several hours. SOOO tired today!

    I’m really not looking forward to my weigh in on Wednesday. I’ve been going over quite a bit this week 😭 hopefully Monday and tuesday will be better!
    Stick to it today Amber! Say I will do my best damage control today and tomorrow! Sometimes I have a terrible 5 days in a row and the last two days I am just fixing the damage I’ve done. Sometimes all we can do is stay even on the scale and that can be such a relief!!

    Took a needed rest day yesterday. I was so sore and allergy-ish from my long walk and hours of raking up oak leaves and pollen Sunday. And it was SUCH A MONDAY at work! Heading back out on my virtual camino this morning...

    Same old story...late afternoon munchies and started with bread, when I should have gone for a protein shake. I didn't think ahead. I'm planning for the shake today. Protein was low yesterday, also a factor.

    This happens to me a lot. This week I'm hardboiling a bunch of eggs, and grabbing one of them. I don't always like the trouble of making a shake and sometimes I just want to chew.

    Overall you had a good day, though, and a great 5K!

    Oh awesome - now that would be easy! Even my protein bars are only 20g protein. I'll check them out!

    I try to plan my meals in advance but it doesn't always work and at the moment I'm getting close to the maximum calories I can have without getting the necessary exercise calories in which I need for losing weight.

    I really need to get 500 exercise calories in every day to be back on track.

    I always see tomorrow as a brand new day in the journey
