CW: 115.1 Gatlinburg was so fun, but now need to get back on track! It was so worth it. Sorry team.3 -
Happy Saturday!
Some good losses this week for sure, and the few gains were earned with happiness. I think we will have good celebrations tomorrow!
Off and running...4 -
Morning all! Loving to see everyone's progress and updates.
Today my husband and I are taking our dog for a walk with some friends... looking forward to getting out and all the promise of spring and how much easier it makes activity.
My husband cooked our Easter dinner last night and I was able to stay on track with logging so I feel very good about that.

Fitbit friends- have you ever had your stepper not work??? I know the stroller when give you less steps, but I got 123 for half a mile!!! 🤷♀️
It's the stroller. Smart watches get thrown off when you push stuff. I got almost 3000 steps grocery shopping today but my husband, who was pushing the cart, got less than 1000.3 -
Hey all.
We've been busy, as per! We met my Mom and sister for a 6 mile walk yesterday, then put the bed in the spare room. Made a start on putting things in the skip then we had a virtual quiz with friends.
Today we met one of those friends for a walk, then came back and put a lot more in the skip, including a big pile of rubbish that's been in the garden for about a year. Refuse sites closed during the first lockdown, then you were only to go if it was essential, then everything got wet and I didn't want it in the car... I am so pleased it's out of the garden now, anyway. We've a lot planned for our week off work but we're pacing ourselves as there's plenty of time. I adore a good declutter!
It is chilly outside but that lead me to a NSV. I wore a pair of Levis out between the thighs and relegated them to DIY clothes. Today I was able to get them on over my (reasonably thick) leggings and do them up comfortably. The hassle of changing clothes is one of my least favourite parts of DIY, so this felt like a big win on several fronts.5 -
Y'ALL.
I went to get some dress pants and the sales lady saw me in size 10 and said nope, too big.
So I walked out of there in SIZE 8 DRESS PANTS. Size 8 in pants with no stretch or give!
I've never been an 8 in my LIFE.
Also the store was closing so I got hundred dollar pants for $25 lol.11 -
I had my first vaccine today (Moderna). Since the clinic was only 1 mile away, I decided to walk and I’m really glad I did. I did a big loop so the trek over was on sidewalks and the trek back, mostly back fields and then up and over semi paved roads in the cemetery.
I also did several errands and I’m now taking a rest. I told my OH and AC (adult child) that they’re on deck to cook. I’m hungry already!
More soon.5 -

Sorry for the delay but I kept getting logged out. But I'm glad the water weight is down.3 -
@jugar yes, refeed days are so necessary. Two weeks back, tt felt like my willpower was being tested every hour and after those two days, I am not even thinking about food anymore. Was worth delaying my goal weight date by two days And just like you, I plan to log for at least a few years. I have no doubts that as soon as I stopped logging, things would start to go south.

So many good vibes today - Levis that fit over leggings, great long walks and wanders, other people cooking you dinner, size 8 dress pants! This is all amazing.
I took a very lively hike in our woods today - the most up-hilly circuit I could make, and got all the way around and back in record time. On snowshoes that loop takes 1.5 hours. On foot today, just under an hour - even though I miss snowshoeing, it sure is faster to hike on regular boring feet. I wore a jacket that was inadequate for the cold temperature so that I had to walk extra fast. It worked!
I have been trying to reach our missing team members, so far with little luck. I hope they are not having the dreaded technical issues that some people have had getting onto the community area of MFP. In any case, I hope to get weigh-ins (and news!) from everyone by the end of the day today. Thanks!

I was surprised but last week was a bigger gain for me. So yay!! I guess riding in a car for 7 1/2 hours and helping my son move over the past 48 hours was helpful. We had a wonderful lobster roll. We are going back for a more leisurely visit in two weeks. Can’t wait. Here is the amazing sunset we had from his balcony.

Oh and the yummy lobster roll.

Yum!
My hubby decided tonight that we were going to have a lockdown dance party in our living room. We cranked the stereo and put on some flashing LED lights and danced for 2 hours around the house by ourselves. The cats were terrified by the noise and lights... But we had fun! My Garmin registered over 10000 steps from all the action. Now I'm exhausted and he's already passed out on the couch.
Great NSV's everyone! @Terytha I haven't been a size 8 since elementary school, way to go!! Amazing
I almost hit the Done button!! Ack!4 -

SO! as eggfreak, I'll share some eggs on the menu for this week...love a boiled egg in a green salad! And even just as is, with a little S & P.

Fantastic! Thank you for re-posting your weigh-in, Sylvia. I don't know how I missed it, even scrolling back searching! Not enough coffee at that point in the tallies, I guess.
Spoiler:
We are NUMBER ONE! We hit the top of the charts this week in every category. We had the highest percentage of team members recording a loss (GREEN!), and we lost the highest percentage overall, and the most weight as well.
Great job! Let's keep the whoosh going8 -
Steps for sat was 6986 + 10 min of hiit.
Got my 2nd vaccine yesterday, and knock on wood no side effects. This morning I did 20 min of aerobics and 15 min of yoga. Now to prep for the week. Then off to the families Easter celebration....
Have a wonderful day !5 -

sunday
PW 62.7 kg
CW 61.9 kg
Steps (I use 66steps/min for the outdoor biking):
- 02 april: 5269 steps
- 03 april: 9298 steps
In the conversion chart that I use for activity - steps I have that a leisurely bicycle ride is 125/min to 154/min medium and 182/min high. Unless you were going very leisurely with stops to walk, I'm inclined to use 125/min for you.
Also, there's no need for you to convert the exercises for the step team. That's what I'm here for.4 -

Actually, I misquoted; the activity to steps for bicycling is 100, 200, or 250 (low-high) so, I'll go with the 100, unless you let me know you were more actively sweating.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!
