Hey all. Iβm going to be going on vacation later this week.
I will not have a scale so can I roll over my weight for week 1?
Also, we are staying at a cabin in the mountains, our goal when we go there is to get away from everything in life including especially staring at our phones so I will be inactive until the middle of next week.

exercise: no, ended up staying at work longer to use a computer to make labels. I don't have my own computer at work, so I used my son's after he had gone home. Got home after 7, so the planned walk was a no-go. Plus it was a little drizzly. A weak excuse, I know!1 -
@annabananamc, I had asked you about probiotics last month. Well, I picked up some at the drugstore to try. It's a Canadian brand called Genuine Health, and it has 15 billion live bacteria. There are 10 Lactobacillus strains, including acidophilus and rhamnosus and 5 Bifidobacterium strains including bifidum. It is too early to tell if my body likes it or not, but I will let you know!5

Got my 2nd vax yesterday and I am dragging a little today - mostly tired and achy though, not really sick. We get a paid vaccination day off, so I'm taking it to chill out.
Also buffered some extra steps yesterday just in case today doesn't happen.
Already I feel some of the tension and anxiety dropping away after a year+, and in two weeks I get to hug my parents. I can't wait! I'm so proud of them for staying healthy and being careful. It's not easy when you know you have limited years left, to pretty much give one up, or at least a lot of the things you enjoy.3 -

@annabananamc, that is awesome that you have had your second shot and you get to go hug your parents! I am assuming they have had both of their shots as well. I have heard that after the second shot there is some achiness and fatigue, so a day off to chill is a good thing!1 -
