@HASWLRS I would love to join in the mini challenge, thank you

    5th April
    logged food: yes
    under calories: yes
    exercise: yes

Did 40 minutes walking my friends dog. I'm currently watching my fat intake due to being on Orlistat diet pills from the doctors so have to have 15g of fat or less per meal. Hope everyone had a good Easter and has a great week!

@roz0810 @cmhubbard92 posted a link to the water/steps spreadsheet on the first page of this thread, you can view everyone's progress there. I'm horrible at linking things with my phone or I'd repost it here for you. 😕 But if you scroll back 2 pages you should find it. 😊

    logged: yes
    under: yes
exercise: no, ended up staying at work longer to use a computer to make labels. I don't have my own computer at work, so I used my son's after he had gone home. Got home after 7, so the planned walk was a no-go. Plus it was a little drizzly. A weak excuse, I know!

Hey all. I’m going to be going on vacation later this week.
I will not have a scale so can I roll over my weight for week 1?
Also, we are staying at a cabin in the mountains, our goal when we go there is to get away from everything in life including especially staring at our phones so I will be inactive until the middle of next week.
    See you all next week

Sounds like a really awesome trip - enjoy!

Got my 2nd vax yesterday and I am dragging a little today - mostly tired and achy though, not really sick. We get a paid vaccination day off, so I'm taking it to chill out.

Also buffered some extra steps yesterday just in case today doesn't happen.

Already I feel some of the tension and anxiety dropping away after a year+, and in two weeks I get to hug my parents. I can't wait! I'm so proud of them for staying healthy and being careful. It's not easy when you know you have limited years left, to pretty much give one up, or at least a lot of the things you enjoy.

@annabananamc, that is awesome that you have had your second shot and you get to go hug your parents! I am assuming they have had both of their shots as well. I have heard that after the second shot there is some achiness and fatigue, so a day off to chill is a good thing!

@krysless2 I've added you, but I haven't added your numbers. I am just taking a quick break at work :)
