    It could have been worse, for sure. If I don't log, I eat too much. The logging really helps keep me accountable.

    Going to UP my workout game for July, one way or another. No more cruise control...

    I believe I changed my weigh in day to Saturday so I just want to confirm that. I did weigh myself today but don't want to report if tomorrow is the day.

    Hey Mary! The spreadsheet shows you as a Saturday weigh in, so you are good to go!

    @HASWLRS and @maryc11 - AWESOME way to end the month!!!

    @cmhubbard92 - I see that my weigh-in from yesterday was added to the June spreadsheet, but I shouldn't be a participant in June. That should be my starting weight for July. I don't want to bring you all down, and June was a planned month off. Any way to remove me from June?

    Despite a hurricane bearing down on us, and a horribly rainy weekend ahead, I'm motivated for this month and hope to make some more lasting changes instead of just sort of coasting by. Mostly this is going to be about MORE EXERCISE. stay tuned....

    @annabananamc I added your weigh in to the end of June because you would have to reapply for July-I rolled your weight over throughout the month because you're co-captain and didn't know if you would have been removed... Yesterday's weigh in would automatically be your starting weight for July.

    A 2lb gain for the month will not bring the team down at all(we seem to be in a good place for week 5 anyways), but you could ask Ashley to put that as your SW for July, and I could remove the weigh ins that I've put in for the month :)
