CW: 139.8 . . . . .I made it to the 130s! I haven't seen that number on the scales for decades! I weigh less than 10 stone! Weirdly, I lost most of the weight in the last 2 days, but that's good enough for me!

Sorry, I’ve been slacking. We had a great time camping. It’s something we’ve done every year right before Halloween for the last 5 or 6 years. And each year the group gets bigger. My friends husband loves to scare the kids, so Michael Meyers came and paid a visit. And we won best Halloween decorations spooky effects from the park ranger this year. Had such a blast.

Today I tried to talk my best friend into joining MFP. I said I would pay for the first year. She's not ready, she said the holiday's are coming up so she does not want to try and keep track of a diet now. I'll be here when she's ready, I told her just to let me know. She weigh's about 220

Tomorrow I need to call my medication company again their system was down today. I did alert my doctor that they are not covering my medication for next year. Honestly I'm a bit scared.2 -
