    Thank you! I'm in onederland, Woot!! My next goal will be below 180, baby steps. Today I put on a blouse I have not worn since I can't remember, but I did stop wearing it because I got to big. It's big on me!! Happy Dance!!

    Today I tried to talk my best friend into joining MFP. I said I would pay for the first year. She's not ready, she said the holiday's are coming up so she does not want to try and keep track of a diet now. I'll be here when she's ready, I told her just to let me know. She weigh's about 220

    Pumpkin pie has too many calories. Is there an alternative? I really like Pumpkin pie!

    Goals/Day/Comments: OK, it's really hard to stay on track when I'm in higher pain than normal, but I'm managing to do it despite myself. Tomorrow I need to call my medication company again their system was down today. I did alert my doctor that they are not covering my medication for next year. Honestly I'm a bit scared.
