Goals/Day/Comments: I called my medication company and we submitted a coverage determination today for next year. But my doctor also gave me the name of a medication that is on their formulary list that they will cover in 2022. But with RA medications, there's no guarantee that it will work. I'm currently on my 6th medication, they work for a little while and stop or the side effects are so bad I can't take the drug anymore. I need to be patient now. I wont hear back until about Nov 5th. The pain cycle continues....3 -

Today I tried to talk my best friend into joining MFP. I said I would pay for the first year. She's not ready, she said the holiday's are coming up so she does not want to try and keep track of a diet now. I'll be here when she's ready, I told her just to let me know. She weigh's about 220
Pumpkin pie has too many calories. Is there an alternative? I really like Pumpkin pie!
@jeepkat1 You can look into sort of like cream pie options, pumpkin in itself isn't high calorie, it's what goes into it and the crust, and things, you can make it crust less and things like that to help cut calories but still get a sense of pumpkin pie flavor. Check online for a recipe, its about that time where those recipes will be easier to find.0 -
