It's been a difficult week. About once a month I get migraines for 4-5 days, and that happened this week. It made it difficult to get exercise in, but I still tracked everything I ate and was under most days.0 -

Comments: I took a long nap today I was so tired and I felt better afterwards. I stayed on track with my food. Tomorrow I see the Dentist for a 6 month checkup, Mr. Snicket goes back to the vet for his checkup on Tuesday. He's a really cool cat, very laid back and loves pets. We had Cat Drama while watching TV tonight. 3 Kitties were on the bed with us, Cicero, Charlotte and Mr. Snicket. Cicero just pounced on Charlotte while she was sleeping and chased her into the kitchen for no reason at all. Lol maybe he thought she was in "his" spot on the bed, who knows what goes on in the minds of kitties.0 -

Yes - I've been dealing with them for about 12 years now. They are menopausal & they are complex. I take preventaive meds, hormones, and when they occur I take meds to treat them. They are a lot better then they used to be. Because we moved 6 months ago, I still haven't found specialists here that I'm comfortable with.
