Goals/Day/Comments: I've been really hungry the last couple of day's. Squash noodles with shrimp helped with that some today. I've slept thru the night these past 3 nights, I hope that continues. I went to the market today and while I was there I got everything I needed for Thanksgiving, the store was packed with people, most of them without masks. I won't go back till after Thanksgiving its too risky for me. I have enough food to last until then.0 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Went to the Dentist and had my teeth cleaned today.
@SalluR unfortunately for me it's for life and there is no cure. I just woke up sick one morning after having a mild case of food poisoning the day before and it went downhill from there. My immune system turn on to fight the bacterial infection and it never turned off. It thinks that the tissue between my joints are foreign invaders and it is attacking it. That was in 2012 I have adjusted but since I was a very "A" Type personality it was extremely difficult. I have more bad day's than good day's. I really appreciate the good days. I used to eat to feel good. Now I'm changing my mindset. I don't want people to feel sorry for me. I'm living each day to the best of my ability. I have learned that it is ok to be happy even if I am in pain.
Oh dear ! I feel sorry for you...It shows you are strong and takes your life ahead with flying colours. Do count 10 blessings you get daily before sleeping you will be surprise God has given more blessing than we ask for and it feels good to do. Have 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water for alternative days , it sure will help in immune system. Good days are always best ! I pray for your speedy recovery 🙏 ❤. Sorry I haven't been around but was away for early family Thanksgiving and couldn't figure out how to log on.
Unfortunately, I did gain weight these past two weeks which is very disappointing but I am revamping my meals and exercise plan hopefully the scale will start dropping again.
Family gathering are truly enjoyable because there love gives us more strength in any work we do. 😃 Try to eat fewer calories and drink lots of water you will start seeing to lose those extra gain pounds. Hope you had a blast Thanksgiving. ❤1 -

Just an update on me; revamping my exercise routines. Every other week will commit to 2x/wk of water aerobics for a minimum of 90 minutes, walking outside 2x/wk (weekends) for a minimum of 15 minutes (even if it means resting and then continuing), and 6 days of interval workout 3x a day minimum 60 minutes.
Unfortunately, my GI doctor was right (I hate to say it) got sick while eating my dinner Friday night so I will need to revamp my food to a GERD food plan while keeping it tasty. I do not apologize for wanting my food to taste good.

Goals/Day/Comments: It is taking all of my willpower, determination, resolve and strength to stay on track. That new medication is making me really hungry. Usually, I gain 10 pounds every time we change. That is not going to happen this time. I'm drinking extra Ice Tea. I hope I get adjusted sooner than later.
@gjaholy33 Never apologize for wanting your food to taste good. I feel the same way. Who wants to eat bland food if you don't have too! I love spicy food!!0
