@SalluR when you say you eat normally for 2 days, do you count calories on those 2 days? And are you counting calories with OMAD the other 5 day's? Or just eating whatever? I'm not judging, I'm just curious.

Yes I do count my calories intake for 2 days which I eat normal but it is calories deficit and Yes I do count calories for 5 OMAD days too which is very less calories because once I open my fast I cant eat a lot ,my body got use to eating less . When ever I feel thirsty or hungry I take a glass of water. 😀 ... Do try OMAD if you can.

Exercise: 61 minutes walking + 30 minutee dumbells workout = 176 calories burned

Comments: I am on OMAD (One Meal A Day) for five days a week and two days in a week i eat normal to shock my body and not go into plateau. I haven't seen much changes in numbers on scale but I have seen changes on my face upper body and hands. Lower body still needs more workout to melt the stored fats . Even though I feel low or tired at times, still I manage to do walking. I cook my own diet meals and some time order healthy diet meals from outside.
Do you feel like you are more agitated on the days you only eat once? Good luck. You’ll get past this plateau

Argh. :/ I've been going along slowly, happy to lose just 1/2-1.0 lb a week. Now, I've been stuck here for more than two weeks - time to pick up the pace again.

Hang in there. You got this!

In the starting it was hard but now Its normal for me and I dont get agitated at all. I keep myself busy till I break my fast.

Comments : The dumbells I workout with is only 5kg in each hand =10kg. I have to start heavy lifting which i am not use too🙃 . I do stairs alternate days . My diet consists of low carb . My body shape is pear 🍐 so I am more focus on lower body and my lower body is stubborn and not wanting to move away from my body...Lol

My husband would not support that kind of eating plan. He likes for me to eat dessert with him every night, I eat yogurt or a mini bag of popcorn and he's happy. I also take like 20 different medications and its not good to let them sit on an empty stomach. If I was a normal person I would really give it a try. I'm doing good on about 1050 calories a day. It was a struggle at first but it's easier now.

Do you think it's heathy to go off track during the holiday's and binge eat, then get back on track?

Boohoo, it's finally happened! After a run of 33 weeks of losing at least 2 pounds/week, this week I lost only 1.6 pounds. It was a great streak and I sure enjoyed it! I know it was inevitable but it's still a sad day for me.....

Goals/Day/Comments: So I should reach my goal weight by June 30th 2022. I've made it over the hump and I'm on the down hillside. 47 more pounds to go. I hope you all can put up with me for another 7.5 months. As a treat for myself for staying on track and below my calorie budget everyday, I bought myself a Swarovski Authentic Winter Sparkle Jubilant and Joyful Acorn Ornament! It arrived yesterday and it is stunning! I will be rewarding myself with trinkets and not food every now and then.

It's getting easier to say: I can walk away from that!

    Love this!

I don’t know if it’s necessarily “healthy” but sometimes it’s ok.
