Comments: I am on OMAD (One Meal A Day) for five days a week and two days in a week i eat normal to shock my body and not go into plateau. I haven't seen much changes in numbers on scale but I have seen changes on my face upper body and hands. Lower body still needs more workout to melt the stored fats . Even though I feel low or tired at times, still I manage to do walking. I cook my own diet meals and some time order healthy diet meals from outside.

@SalluR when you say you eat normally for 2 days, do you count calories on those 2 days? And are you counting calories with OMAD the other 5 day's? Or just eating whatever? I'm not judging, I'm just curious.

Argh. :/ I've been going along slowly, happy to lose just 1/2-1.0 lb a week. Now, I've been stuck here for more than two weeks - time to pick up the pace again.

Do you feel like you are more agitated on the days you only eat once? Good luck. You’ll get past this plateau

Boohoo, it's finally happened! After a run of 33 weeks of losing at least 2 pounds/week, this week I lost only 1.6 pounds. It was a great streak and I sure enjoyed it! I know it was inevitable but it's still a sad day for me.....

Goals/Day/Comments: So I should reach my goal weight by June 30th 2022. I've made it over the hump and I'm on the down hillside. 47 more pounds to go. I hope you all can put up with me for another 7.5 months. As a treat for myself for staying on track and below my calorie budget everyday, I bought myself a Swarovski Authentic Winter Sparkle Jubilant and Joyful Acorn Ornament! It arrived yesterday and it is stunning! I will be rewarding myself with trinkets and not food every now and then.

It's getting easier to say: I can walk away from that!

What you have accomplished is beyond wonderful and should be celebrated, you lost 1.6 pounds, not the 2 pounds you would have liked but still a win! Who knows it might be fluke and next week you will go back to losing 2 pounds a week again.
