    Goals/Day/Comments: Happy Friday! I am looking forward to bowling tonight, it has been 3 weeks due to the holidays. Just need to watch what I eat & drink tonight, and stay far away from the deep fried chicken strips with ranch dressing. I will order a salad with chicken, and top it with salsa. There aren't really any other good choices at our bowling alley... also I will be sipping on club soda with lemon, and avoiding the "adult" beverages as much as possible! Planning ahead is key for me, so if I do slip up a bit, it won't be a full slide. Weigh-in is tomorrow morning.

Please keep posting and letting us know of your successes, struggles, AhHa moments and anything else that you want to share.

    Does anyone have a good soup recipe? I am in the mood to make a nice pot of soup tomorrow.

    @MUSCLES4HUSTLES WAY to GO! Congratulations on your weight loss this week! Welcome to Onederland too! Did you do anything different this week?

    @frankwbrown So nice to see the scale go down, right? I can see from you daily postings that you have been really getting in your exercises and staying within you calorie budget.

    @germaine_yee Your weight is staying steady. Are you at your goal and working on maintenance?

    @Stimpy56 Good job at maintaining this week.

    @cormierannie Congratulations on you loss... great job checking in daily.

    @ToadstoolBetty Sometimes the scale just doesn't reflect all of the work we put in. I find that it skips a week, but as long as you stick to it, you may see a nice Swoosh next week! Don't be so hard on yourself, the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

    So sorry. The aftermath of the holidays got to me. Not doing what I know to do. Having a hard time getting back into the healthy eating mindset. I'll try to do better this week. Sorry team.
