Goals/Day/Comments: Happy Friday! I am looking forward to bowling tonight, it has been 3 weeks due to the holidays. Just need to watch what I eat & drink tonight, and stay far away from the deep fried chicken strips with ranch dressing. I will order a salad with chicken, and top it with salsa. There aren't really any other good choices at our bowling alley... also I will be sipping on club soda with lemon, and avoiding the "adult" beverages as much as possible! Planning ahead is key for me, so if I do slip up a bit, it won't be a full slide. Weigh-in is tomorrow morning.3 -

@ToadstoolBetty Sometimes the scale just doesn't reflect all of the work we put in. I find that it skips a week, but as long as you stick to it, you may see a nice Swoosh next week! Don't be so hard on yourself, the scale doesn't tell the whole story.
