Thank you I stayed true to my calories in and did not eat any back. I got an hour of exercise each day, at least an hour, except one day as a rest day.
As for soup, I don't often cook soup myself, even though I love it. I have progresso light a couple times a week. It's pretty tasty at under 150 calories a can.

@MUSCLES4HUSTLES I really enjoy those light soups too, I have them quite often for lunch at work.
I found a recipe in the Cooking Light, "Rosemary Chicken Noodle Soup". Going to give it a try today.2 -

Tracking: I did a bad job this week and aim to do alot better this week.
It was very cold and hard to exercise outside this week but I plan on doing better. I did clean the horses stalls this morning and lug 2o bales of hay in this am to the barn. I still lost 2 lbs this week but know i could have done a lot better.
