    Exercise: Yes, took a long walk yesterday, it was unplanned and I had the wrong shoes on. Tons of blisters and sore feet now... but still Happy for the walk with my oldest Son! 12,200+ steps

    Goals/Day/Comments: My original plan was to get a 30 min walk this morning (Mon), however due to my feet situation, I will have to pass and let them heal up a bit more.

    My 17 month grandson is in hospital at the moment, so I’ve had a lot on my mind. They also have another baby due in a couple of weeks
