@DaffyGirl88 we don't have daylight savings time but it still messed me up! My phone changed anyways and I was so confused when I woke up in the morning and couldn't figure out what time it was. Then I googled it and realized it was daylight savings change!!

We're only halfway through the month...yesterday was only the Ides (beware the Ides of March and all that) and the full moon is Friday. 😯 Those are enough to throw anyone off their game. BUUUT... the days are getting noticeably longer and Spring starts on Monday. 🌷 Don't throw in the towel just yet!! 😊0 -

Monday and Tuesday I worked so no time for exercise. I wake up at 5am and leave at 530 to drive an hour to work. I get back home at 815pm, not working out. I do close my rings on Apple Watch and took the stairs both days. So technically I should count it. 😂 I hit 10k steps both days.
Going to workout today. I’m so happy that my weight is going down despite not eating very healthy lately. But it’s not a diet for me it’s lifestyle change. If I can still eat what I enjoy but in moderation then it’s win win situation. I’m sure if I did diet then I will be losing more. But for me it’s steady change I want to make that I can sustain. If I deny myself from things I like then I would quit. I do try to limit my sweets. Everyday in our break room there’s cookies and donuts and chocolate and I pass by them and say not today. Sometimes I will take 1/4 or 1/2 that’s a challenge and mental battle. I can do this.
