Bunnies for Thursday: blueberries for a breakfast π°. No bunnies for lunch just planned on eating all my veggies at dinner. So dinner π°π°π°π°π°π°. 2 black bean burgers with some veggies in them. Green beans and grape tomatoes as a side dish and lettace and tomatoes on the burgers. So 7π°s. Ate under goal and so full no more room for more bunnies today.2

I'm not sure getting extra πΉ ideas will help us much as we've all been reliably good with them for long enough to get here! πΉ Not that they don't all come out one way or another.
Not against a πΉ thread. Just, prefer to displace with better π°π or with better πΉs to be quite honest! πΉ also eat π food π
Met my π°π°π° π°π° a day with a bag of carrots (thank you yoolie, stopped at the superstore in Cranbrook before starting out to get it). With Prime suspect next to me we ended up with a large pizza and Greek salad split 50-50. Maybe another π°π as pizza also had tomatoes mushrooms and onions in addition to the cheese cheese cheese and chorizo π clearly an above tdee day. Probably by about 500!
Anyway. Six and a half bunnies.

Banana, blueberries, raspberries, orange, apple π°π°π°π°π°
Houmous and red kidney beans π°

Youβre welcome on the carry your own veggie tip. Learned to pack edibles on our many days-long cross country moves with son and mom in tow. Either or both were sure to be crankypants unless constantly fed. Hubby and I each had a car to drive.
Another helpful idea when traveling is restaurant breakfast or lunch and then stop at a grocery store along the way for a dinner. Pre-done salad usually. Donβt forget to get plastic π΄. More options if you know the room has fridge and microwave. When youβre tired from driving, having dinner in your pjs is nice. Sometimes I just canβt face another restaurant meal at the end of the day.2 -

Hey, Atki... we may have to send you to the Vatican at this rate!
Yooly, unfortunately my passenger is only interested in restaurants. the more the merrier. There are usually both genetic and behavioural components to weight, right?!?!?! It is an event and the highlight of the day. Could spend two or three hours there unless short-circuited.
Bunnies... hunting for some all over the place and can't say I'm finding many for Saturday! Breakfast... had... 68g of splenda sweetened strawberry jam... is there a half a cottontail there? I won't count cubed potatoes as a bunny! There were a couple of left over carrots from the day before but they've already been counted. There were some nice bunnies in the 25% of my potato salad that I had left in the fridge before I left... but again, I think this was already counted. So maybe a bunny in the 28g of dried figs and 14g of dates? OMG. The bunnies are GONE!2 -

Large mushy peas are a couple of bunnies, right?!?!? err... some cabbage without dressing another 1/3? hmm.... not bunny-hopping for sure. Actually... after the past three days... maybe bunny waddling is going to be the new level? Fell asleep in the chair for a couple of hours... so now have perked up... and SHE is staring at me. Like full on stare down! Not sure if I will win!2
-
PAV...you may have a duck there with you now, it and the pup chased away the bunnies?2

Bunnies for my weekend disappeared, too. On Saturday I gotπ°π°π°π°π°π°. Not a great day, but not horrible. Sunday, oh but Sunday. No bunnies. ππ.1

Monday bunnies were rampant....
2 bananas π°π°
Frozen blueberries and raspberries π°π°
Dried apricots π°
Apple π°
Broccoli, carrots, peas π°π°π°
200g Jersey Royals π°π°
Mixed roasted vegetable couscous (included lots of air-fried yellow pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, carrot, peas and courgettes) π°π°π°
π°π°π° - π°π°π° - π°π°π° - π°π°π° - π°π°

Well, I decided that I needed some Monday bunnies! So 6.5 π°π°π° - π°π°π° - π bunnies worth of yellow and orange carrots and green beans. Randomly poured some curry, onion, and garlic powder and some cayenne pepper and cooled it down with some Greek yogurt. Ez peasy and the bunny deniers can eat cake!!!!ππΉ
That's to start. Not sure if the bunnies were breakfast or lunch!!!π€·π»ββοΈ3 -

Added π°π°π° (266g) of spiral beets... and classico spicy red pepper sauce... I mean... aren't most of the 407g of the sauce actual tomato and red pepper bunnies? π°ππ°π
So me thinks I've bagged 10+ for today--without counting the lemons in the lemon meringue pie as part of my lemonade!2 -

Good morning clementine bunnies π°π°π°
Field of Greens salad bunnies π°π°π°π°
Tonight's and tomorrow's supper potato bunnies (both unfortunately eaten tonight) π°π°π°π°π°π°2 -
Hmm. I made egg salad for tomorrow with 3.5 bunnies (cucumbers, green onion tops, pickled onions and peppers and trust) But if I buy and boil some potatoes and add them I'll have super duper potato salad with more bunnies!!! Hmmm ..... Good idea Laurie ππ
Atki that's some pretty fancy bunnies! π0 -
PAVs Potato Salad is the best - I have it in my "recipes" now
Boiling too many potatoes (700g?) and eating them all (except for 100g for the pup - can't give her too many or she'll put on too much weight ) is not the best.
Atki & Pamelar - I agree - you two have some fine looking bunnies!!!!3 -
Depends on budget Laurie but, realistically, if 450 Cal (600g of potatoes) fluffed up as discussed to about 1000 to 1100 Cal gives you a couple of filling meals... maybe that's a no go for a 1200 target day; but it is definitely a go for *a* *deficit* day on a 2000K TDEE--your "typical" female "average"1
-
Thank you, PAV. Point taken. And this is a big part of my struggle at the moment.1

Only π°π° todayπI forgot I had black bean burgers for dinner last night. Can I claim them for today's bunnies? π2
-
Today I was going to claim all the bunnies for the new potato egg (used to be just egg) salad... even though it is currently looking as if 34% of the total will head into tomorrow! Then again... might change my mind as I'm over calories because of this (and TOTALLY not because of the 98g of awesome tasting "home made" milk chocolate nut bar/cup offered by one of the independent living facilities we toured today!2

Tuesday bunnies π°π°π° π°π
Good morning raspberry bunnies π°π
Field of Greens salad bunnies π°π°π°
Not a lot of bunnies today. Not really a lot of eating today? Filled up some calorie quota with some chocolatey stuff tonight. My body has no idea what it is doing on the food front. Those hormones are all scrambled. Rarely feel hungry or full/satiated. Either eating out of boredom/habit/because it is time, or binging, or not eating because I'm distracted. Need to get this in order!

Oh, yes, 7 bunnies for Tuesday2

Yesterday Bunnies:
None at Breakfast
Lunch: Salad with chopped kale, cabbage, carrots, and other veggies I can't remember (it's early). π°π°π°π° plus a side of honeydew and strawberries π°π° (Very bunny lunch)
Dinner: Hibachi with plain rice, carrots, mushrooms, onions, chicken, and shrimp π°π°π°
So total bunnies π°π°π°π°π°π°π°π°π° (9). One of my better days!2 -
You had a Bun-awe=some day @Athijade! See: good bunnies for lunch. And that purffect hibachi! Now. Not sure why you would call your rice plain and how you could make it more "involved" since you're adding veggies on top anyway! I admit that I tend to use portion controlled pouches (expensive). But if not, then definitely some sort of knorr/oxo/sodium rich product while cooking!
When looking at calories I've found that a lot of the small ramen type packages are similar in quantity and calories to the rice I would add (around 300 Cal). But I tend to gravitate to air-dried (vs fried) and RICE BASED (or other alternative to wheat starches) oriental type noodles. Not because I'm against wheat in terms of anything but calories; but because visually I seem to think that I end up with "more" for the same calories when I use rice or alternative starches. <-- that's where experimenting comes into play!
Truth be told though, I seldom spend calories on rice ever since I discovered riced veggies. At best I do 1/3 rice 2/3 riced veggies. And add to the bunny count and free room for... cocoa bunnies!
344g of wild(ish) poo-berries (aka blue-berries) are thawing... to become future bunnies!1 -
PAV....I sing "my frozen pooberry" to my The Boy to the tune of Blueberry hill while listening to our breakfast CD.
I just about died when I read your post, I love that we seem on the same wavelength sometimes - everyone else just that was too weird to warrant anything less than a scowlish type expression.1 -
Breakfast: blueberries, banana, raspberries π°π°π°
Lunch: Mixed vegetable couscous π°π°π°
Dessert: Banana π°

Prunes, red peppers, black olives,π«π π π₯¬pickled turnips. Some dried cherries w/ dark chocolate in two kind bars and chick peas in hummusππ°π°π°π°π°π°π°π°2

pickled turnips are... interesting!
Haven't eaten the pooberies yet (planned midnight snack with greek yogurt), but I think I'm safely over π°π°π° - π°π°π°- π°π°π° - π° BUNNIES!
618g of yellow and orange carrots and green beans is 7.25
The berries are 4 bunnies. And I'm fairly sure that the spinach pies had SOME spinach (thankfully I stopped at 580 Cal of spinach pies)2
