Yeah that bounce back week after losing a ton during Covid did me in. Not much i could do about that. Looking like a pretty good loss tomorrow.

I will see what Friday brings. I probably will be up as I am trying to force myself to eat even though I can’t taste it.

Everything tasted like rotten meat for about a week for me. Lol if only that was my issue a long time ago I would have lost this weight sooner.

    Good evening.
My weight hasn’t changed and I don’t have my steps from last week, so I’m just going to skip that part for today. I should have them from here on out, though, because I start back at work tomorrow.

    PW: 170
    CW: 170

I hope everyone has a great week.

I have you excused from the step challenge... Please let me know when you want me to remove the EXC. down the road

I don't believe this is loss as much as more of a reflection that the scale was 'heavy' when we got back last week from vacation. Next week will be more of an indicator if I'm really on the right track.

I know you can do it. Build off this loss. Any things you are doing to set yourself up for a loss?

Fell short of my 4K step goal. I am hitting it no matter what today. I am not as tired as I was since we got home. Using the extra energy to get somethings done. Starting to log my food today and making sure I eat all my meals.

    Happy Monday!

Are you still doing the low cholesterol? The last two days have been awful for cravings for me. What are somethings you have done to work through the cravings?

Yesterday was a great day. Steps ✔️ Meals and snacks ✔️ I am still tired, hoarse and congested but getting a bit better each day. I am watching my granddaughter today and tomorrow I am going to the pool. I probably will just do gentle exercises and walking in the pool. Today’s goals: steps, meals and log.

Question: Do you close your diary each night? Why or why not? I haven’t done this for awhile so interested to see everyone’s thoughts.
