Yesterday was a great day. Steps ✔️ Meals and snacks ✔️ I am still tired, hoarse and congested but getting a bit better each day. I am watching my granddaughter today and tomorrow I am going to the pool. I probably will just do gentle exercises and walking in the pool. Today’s goals: steps, meals and log.
Question: Do you close your diary each night? Why or why not? I haven’t done this for awhile so interested to see everyone’s thoughts.
Yup I do every night, right after I log tomorrow's food. It's become routine at this point.1 -

So many in our group with Covid. I wish you a speedy recovery. I had a big loss also. I suspect I will rebound once I start eating more. Take care of yourself. ❤️🩹lindamtuck2018 wrote: »Steps: 4,531

@lindamtuck2018 Hi👋 yes im still on the low cholesterol diet, ive been allowing myself 2 squares of dark chocolate per day which seems to be satisfying the sweet cravings. 30g of Walnuts is also a great snack and seems to curb cravings, im finding more dinners than i like too, all within my calorie allowance and low cholesterol. Im quite enjoying the diet now, especially as im seeing good results with the weight loss and feeling better in general im happy to carry on with it3

I was so happy with myself today, my husband asked me to pick up takeaway Fish and chips on the way home from work, and i was so tempted to get some for myself, it looked and smelt delicious, but i didn't, went home and cooked myself a healthy version instead- wild salmon Fillets, sweet potato wedges and peas 😇5

That is some very good willpower. I bet your version was delicious.2 -

I really wanted to go to the pool today but I am going to give it one more day. Stupid Covid. I am happy I got my steps because I sat playing games with my granddaughter a lot yesterday.

I'm doing pretty well considering I'm not able to get in much exercise due to injury. I'll probably have to get back in the gym soon in order to progress.2 -

I'm really glad to see a loss this week, since I had a hard time sticking to my food plan and gave in to several cravings.
Hopefully this week goes better. It should help that I have to go back to work on Monday, so that will keep me busy again

Awesome loss. Sometimes the cravings get the better of us. Just put it behind you and move on. Have you been on vacation?1 -

I will stay on support then. I am just in a muscle building phase and that always means some gain until I decide to cut again. Hopefully I will recover the muscle I lost and the next cut will have me closer to goal.2 -

Yes, my vacation started on the 16th of July and we went to Holland for a few days last week. That meant a lot of driving and not so much walking. This week, we're at home just relaxing and taking care of stuff that we normally don't have time for.
It's not easy, though, being that close to the fridge and the cupboard with snacks the whole time
Yesterday was a good day, so hopefully I can manage the rest of the week before going back to work on Monday1 -

I am so jealous. I have always wanted to go to Holland. Build on yesterday’s momentum and have a great week.
