@DaffyGirl88 - You did great! Eating out always makes those calorie goals feel so much harder to contain. Your husband sounds like my Dad although he wonβt eat at any place that serves seafood because he thinks it βmakes all meat taste like fishβ and he detests them π.1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Weight fell a bit yesterday and today all though Iβm not sure why. Diet is getting boring & old. Had a smoothy day, still waiting for relief but getting better in other aspects. Sorry no quote, slammed at work.

@Krysless2 π₯° You made that! I almost thought her hair clip was a pager π. With the styles that are coming back that was easy to picture. My son has discovered Nirvana and the Stone Temple Pilots which just makes me giggle. Youβll have other days of firsts in your future (even if unrelated to academics) but a bittersweet moment for sure. All I could think on our back to school clothes shopping trip was thank you Stranger Things π2

I wonder if there is an app we can keep tabs durning the fast together
I use Zero app to track my fasts, not sure if you can add friends on there, need to investigate. There is also the life app I did have it but deleted it, that one I'm sure you can have a circle of friends to share your fasts with. Life app is good for longer fasts as some of the others only limit you to recording 72hr or 7 day fasts at a time
I have Zero too. If you want try life when the time comes, let me knowβΊοΈ
I have reinstall Life now so lets use that, new phone so more storage space.2 -

Exercise: Yes - 31145 steps, 3.38 mile run and 8.37 mile walk.
Goals/Day/Comments: It does get tiring weighing and logging food but trying to keep up with it. If I don't log it's usually because I've eaten out. Most places don't have the nutritional breakdown but have the calories only1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Plumbing woes galore! Ooofta. Upstairs bathtub faucet leaking, downstairs newly installed toilet smells like sulphur and rotten eggs! Googled it and am hoping for just a wax ring issue. The sewage gas explains a lot of mysteries, though: smoke alarm going off with no smoke, my days of severe dizziness and bad headaches. Going to call a plumber in the morning!2 -
Ick @therealbluenote plumbing issues are never fun and made even worse when you donβt feel well. Sending hugs your way and hoping they tackle it soon.1

I want to apologize to you guys. Y'all have been great posting every day but I have NOT been great keeping up with the MUAC spreadsheet. π Work has been crazy lately and I haven't had time. And when I'm off work the last thing I want to do is sit at that same desk and look at another spreadsheet. π Normally I can monitor it during work, your tax payer dollars hard at work there π€£π€£, but not this week. π
I feel bad because I've seen a lot of posts that I wanted to respond to! Anyway, keep up the great work and here's hoping next week will be better! π3 -

@krysless2 π€·ββοΈ I think it just has to be used by the Sunday deadline for weekly minutes.
Even catching up on 3 days of my newsfeed last night it appears this week has been hard to follow along for everybody in the MFP community. Myself included. Thatβs why I only keep friendships with my challenge peeps or true Accountability partners. I do prioritize teammates in Community Challenges though.1 - Track / Under / W.Out?

@advegan the fast food chains have made it all around the world but no American steakhouses? Itβs a thing & delicious! My Dad and kids get excited when I make cinnamon honey butter for the holidays.

I finally have some good news! I exercised Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. I tracked Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and plan to keep that going. I was over one day and under calories the past 2 days. I even dropped 2 pounds, so Iβm encouraged.

Exercise: Took a little 45 min. walk
Goals/Day/Comments: Feeling a little better each day so trying to build more movement in before returning to GoT next week (and to free up my innards). Taking it SLOW and easy so I donβt feel quite like Iβm exercising yet. I almost want to try an intense session but then I imagine Sue shaking her finger at me and it helps to stay the course. Sorry no quote again, gotta get to it.2 -
