Good Evening Everyone!
Today has been a busy day. Got up did some online check-ins. Then went back to bed for about an hour. Then got up had breakfast and got ready to leave. Went shopping with my Son and got a Birthday gift for tomorrow's party, also got slippers, and hikers for me and a couple of presents. Came home had lunch and then cleaned and reorganized the bedroom with my Son's help. One step closer to getting the Christmas decorating done.
The following pictures are from last Saturday when we decorated cookies.

@Lindiemaep ,,, OH SO HAPPY Amigo is at least eating something!! If he's a gravy own type of kitty I buy Izzy
She never liked the other stuff at all. She'd only lick the gravy and walk away. This stuff though she goes NUTS about. LOL THE TWITS they are!! Sure hope Amigo will be okay.
Yesterday I went to a friends house (We do not celebrate any holidays) her H had the night off so the 4 of us, just sat around talked, ate. Four of us? Awwww they have a 2 month old!! She's a very easy going baby. SO SWEET!! LOL I had her giggling and giggling throughout the evening. At 2 months old she's sleeping THROUGH THE NIGHT!! LOL she was awake the time I was there from 4 to 6:30 though she was starting to get tired. Awwww so cute!! A very very nice young couple and a joy to be around!! Today I went to Chick Fil A ,,, wasn't impressed. It was so DIRTY inside, the chicken was hot, but to me no better (LOL OR WORSE) than KFC. Next time we'll do Popeyes because "the girls" had gone last week and said it's much better. LOL "the Girls" are all in their 80s! After we finished eating, we went to Burlington Coat, they all wanted coats, I wanted s shirt and new sweater. I found them both easily and pretty fast!! So I went over to the coat department to see how the 3 of them were doing. It took time,, the 86 year old found one right off, the 83 year old found one after we looked at quite a few, and had her try some on. I found one and really liked it, it did look good, but I wasn't really wanting to spend the extra money I hadn't put into my budget (if it's not on the list in general I do not get things) so I had the 83 year try it on. She kept saying as she started to put it on "it's not my color, it's not my color." Its HOT PINK, but classy. So she puts it on, and INSTANTLY FEEL SO LOVE with it!! I was THRILLED FOR HER!!! Then I spotted a NEON YELLOW/GREEN That matches my GLASSES PERFECTLY!! Well WE ALL KNOW its now MINE!! LOLOL great price too.1 -

Good Morning Airport Friends:
I hope you are all doing well. Black Friday deals were great. I got my shoes I am wearing for my wedding dress at 35% off and I got my Wedding bands on sale as well as got a free nintendo switch lite with their purchase. Isn't that great I am super excited about the rings. I love how they go together. I cannot wait to wear them both. That is obviously after I say I do. I am wanting it to come faster and faster so we can get it all planned and everything done. I am really excited. I am also excited that we will have everything all set up and ready to go before the wedding. I think the most expensive parts of the wedding are going to be the food and the rings. Those are going to be the most expensive parts. I am saving so much money for everything. I really am. I am trying to so hard to get everything paid for. I want it all done now.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - That is a really good turkey photo. I think it is definitely vegan. I love this little meme's that are funny like this.
@LindieMaeP - I am so glad Amigo is still with us. I am glad you got him to eat something. That is always reassuring. That means he is not really close to leaving. Usually they will stop eating and show no interest in food for a couple of days. It does sound like he is improving though. Who knows.
@cormierannie - For just a second I thought why is your daughter in school on Thanksgiving. Then I saw that you posted to those in the U.S. That got me thinking. Are you in the U.S.? I cannot remember if we have ever said if you are or not.
@CSEGUIN2 - That all sounds so good. I am glad these elderly people are getting good food. So many times companies skimp on the food they serve people just to save money. It does not sound like your employer does that. It sounds like they are giving out really good meals to their clients.
Well it is time to get ready for cleaning. I hope you all have a great day

Good morning, we are expecting a wind storm with gusts up to 80 KM and that will be tonight, but for now it is rain rain rain and I have to go out this afternoon to the Student's Holiday Craft Fair - I won't be buying anything, just stopping by my granddaughter's booth to get my pre ordered earrings lol Got Gene up at 5:30 to give Amigo his meds, wasn't much better with the 2 of us so early, tonight should be better. He does not have much left since Gene spilt some on the floor - then tried to use the stopper to suck it up...duhhhhhh !!! Contaminated, Amigo is already having issues with his anemia does not need more - happy to say Amigo ate again last night and a bit this morning. Well he lapped up the gravey and that is fine with me.
@Dianedoessmiles1 I had to enlarge the picture of the food but still could not read the name, we don't always have the things you do, so what is the name so I can see about it. Also am I surprised at your coat ?? ?Not a chance - would you be surprised if I bought the pink one, nope not in the least LOL I do have a nice green coat a sister gave me but I need to tighten the buttons on them, so not closing it for now I will need it next week for sure - it's suppose to be super cold and maybe snow on Wednesday!
@Tabatha_Cain, thanks very much yes Amigo is still hanging in there. When his meds is done, I will add 2 tbs of plain greek yogurt to his diet as well as blueberries, he can have both it will help his digestive tract. He's a real fussy eater - for the most part does not eat people food except peanut butter !! Glad you found your rings and you are happy with them. It's hard to be pateint when you so want to finish the project, perhaps time is your best friend right now to allow you to build up for your special day, your wedding. You have planned well, so stick with the plan... so exciting eh !!!
My granddaughter has a Student Holiday Craft Fair at the school in my old neighbourhood so after my meeting I will be heading there to pick up my pre ordered, non holiday ( I don't celebrate ) earrings and spend some time chit chatting at the booth IF I get there on time, I have till 3 to get there, told my daughter I would be there at 2:55 PM she laughed lol.
I have to say I am very happy with the progress I made this last challenge - While I did not meet target weight, I did loose almost 5 lbs and that is something to celebrate for me. I am learning not to yoyo back and forth but to stay on course. I hope you all have something you can celebrate in your results of the 5% fall challenge. Some of you I will see on the IBC !!!

Good afternoon, congratulations on finishing this challenge, hope you met your goals. I sadly gained 4 oz from when I started, but that's ok.
Thank you all your leaders that may this possible.
Thank you teammates from my rain dancers team and this chat that helps keep me going. Hugs and blessing.
This was my inspirational article I received today and wanted to share it.
7 Paths to the Life of Your Dreams: by Sheri Fink
1. Be your authentic self. Be true to yourself always. Don’t worry what other people will think.
2. Surround yourself with people who inspire you. Always seek to be around people who amplify your energy.
3. Practice blissful thinking. Dream the biggest dream you can and then make it even bigger. Visualize the most amazing life you can imagine.
4. De-clutter your life. Let go of anyone, anything, any opportunity, event, activity, obligation, etc. that no longer serves you or fits into your vision for your ultimate life.
5. Trust your intuition/inner voice. We are all equipped with an inner guidance system.
6. Choose to amplify love, joy, and kindness in the world and trust that it will be reflected back to you. Sometimes it can feel like we’re bombarded by negativity. Break the chain and refuse to be a part of it. Discontinue blaming, complaining, gossiping, and rationalizing. It’s a waste of your energy.
7. Keep taking action in the direction of your dreams. It’s normal to feel nervous or scared when trying something new. If you feel pulled to pursue something, honor that feeling and continue taking action toward your goal despite your fears and doubts. You’ll never know until you try.1 -
To all that hit the stores on Friday..my admiration and sympathy..it is something I have never done ..doubt if I am gonna start at this stage in my life!! Shopping is not on my list unless we are at the country store for tack and feed or Home Depot for wood and tools and home improvement items..
Spent the day quietly enjoying , visiting with neighbors and family ..then reading a bit. That to me was a nice Friday!!
Diane..thanks for the Vegan recipe, I will add it to my book of things to think about but never do!! So when do we get to see a pic of you in your new coat? I used to like going to Burlington CF..our nearest one is in Colo Springs and I refuse to go up there anymore, too crowded and I can find what I want online..with very little risk of being shot at or run over.
Spent today with a bit of a headache , so did not do much..but at least did get up get dressed and showed up !! Thinking to fix some veggie soup for supper..just need something light after the rich foods we had.
Enjoy your Sunday all...let's have fun thru this Break Time!!

Good Evening Everyone!
I have moved over to the winter group. Hope to see you all there. My same post is there as well. Please feel free to comment on my post there.
Yesterday afternoon went to my cousin's 1st birthday party. It was so much fun! He always makes me laugh and smile. Him and his brother refer to me as Auntie Connie. As their parents want it as a respect thing.
Today was a quiet day. Went to church for the 8 am service as I do every weekend I am not otherwise busy. I also went to the 10 am service as that's the one my Son prefers. I only attend that service when my Son is staying with us for the weekend. When we got home we made banana chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs with ham, onion and cheese for lunch. We did a little decorating for Christmas as most of it is still in storage. I also took a short power nap. The rain and darkness all day didn't help motivate me much. Oh yeah also did 2 loads of dishes.
