Step Challengers, please take a look at the charts from October and November and update your steps by posting in this thread. I still need to close out October.
@Walela617 I know you're still recovering from being sick, but please take a look...you're missing a lot of steps for October. Thanks! Hope you're feeling much better!

@PatriceFitnessPal , I've had acupuncture before for my sciatic nerve, right side and had a lot of success with it. The pain from that is more manageable now.5

Really need to buckle down. We had to take professional photos today at work for our website and seeing my pic on the screen really hit hard how huge my face, neck, and upper body has gotten. I don't take photos ever, no selfies, and I avoid mirrors as much as possible, so this was a big wake-up call.

I had to put my best furry friend down today of 11 Yeats. Naygro Poffer, aka black dog, suffered a stroke during the night. Such a hard decision to make.11

Hi Jessica, I am opting out of counting steps because I'm having trouble being consistent with tracking and reporting them. I do report activity minutes to the Lifestyle Change program I'm in. I also average over 12,000 steps per day at least five days per week; however, it's not fair for you to have to "chase me down" when I don't keep up. Please drop me out of the steps challenge (but that doesn't mean I'm not steppin'!)
Best,
