    Step Challengers, please take a look at the charts from October and November and update your steps by posting in this thread. I still need to close out October.

    @Walela617 I know you're still recovering from being sick, but please take a look...you're missing a lot of steps for October. Thanks! Hope you're feeling much better!

    11/2 10,002
    11/3 6,935
    11/4 7,453

    Turning colder means less walking outside especially when winds were over 50mph

    @nancyinmo no I'm not on stating of any kine. I have heard it causes those kind of problems and my primary doesn't want me on it as I've got several things going on medically

    I had to put my best furry friend down today of 11 Yeats. Naygro Poffer, aka black dog, suffered a stroke during the night. Such a hard decision to make.

    I'm so sorry 😞 big hugs💕💕💕 - it will take time

    @Armygirlarmyof1 aw, so very sorry to hear this. It's so devastating to lose a pet....go easy on yourself.

    @jessicakrall8

    Hi Jessica, I am opting out of counting steps because I'm having trouble being consistent with tracking and reporting them. I do report activity minutes to the Lifestyle Change program I'm in. I also average over 12,000 steps per day at least five days per week; however, it's not fair for you to have to "chase me down" when I don't keep up. Please drop me out of the steps challenge (but that doesn't mean I'm not steppin'!) :)

    Best,
    Carole
