Soon I will finish working the long hours and the 7 days a week.
@angmarie28 -That is a funny shirt, once my company gave us a book called "The little engine that could" as motivation, it idid not work as planned LOL.
I see a lot of scales moving and that is great! I am very happy for your results

Hope you guys have a great week.

    Happy Saturday shape shifters!
    Yukie_OP - Weigh-in Saturday
    PW: 133.2

    Steps update (daily goal 6k)
    11/2: 3,713
    11/3: 5,276
    11/4: 7,989

The step-count this week is not very impressive, but since I'm studying/sitting quite alot, I'm okay with it- there's seasons where priorities shift at the expense of others. At least my weight is keeping steady.

I have been so sick since Thursday. Feeling a little better today. Can't talk due to sore throat. Having been working out or getting steps in. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I know I have to call off of work tomorrow. I work with patients with dementia. Don't want to get them sick.
I went home to visit family and friends for my birthday and got a nasty cold for my birthday. Not exactly what I wanted. lol!

Step Challengers, please take a look at the charts from October and November and update your steps by posting in this thread. I still need to close out October.

@Walela617 I know you're still recovering from being sick, but please take a look...you're missing a lot of steps for October. Thanks! Hope you're feeling much better!

I had to put my best furry friend down today of 11 Yeats. Naygro Poffer, aka black dog, suffered a stroke during the night. Such a hard decision to make.

I'm so sorry 😞 big hugs💕💕💕 - it will take time

    @jessicakrall8

Hi Jessica, I am opting out of counting steps because I'm having trouble being consistent with tracking and reporting them. I do report activity minutes to the Lifestyle Change program I'm in. I also average over 12,000 steps per day at least five days per week; however, it's not fair for you to have to "chase me down" when I don't keep up. Please drop me out of the steps challenge (but that doesn't mean I'm not steppin'!) :)

    Best,
    Carole

@Armygirlarmyof1 I am SO sorry for the loss of your precious baby...it's so hard to let them go. May you find comfort in memories of happy times times with him...
