I never really thought I'd be celebrating the fact that I'm back to my starting weight. Having gained about 6 pounds above it, I realize it can come on me so fast. Even though it takes me a long time to develop good habits, it just takes a minute to bring the bad ones back. I'm caregiver for someone who hs been in the hospital 3 times since January 1, the hospital is 1+ hour away, and it always comes unexpectedly. There are so many emotions involved for her, and I'm working at not taking things personally while she fights for her life. I feel so selfish for my inner thoughts, sometimes. It is easy for me to focus on how I feel and pull me away from what is going on with her. We have started packing healthy snacks, even if we think we are just going for an hour. I'm walking daily and trying to make myself meditate.2

My week has been stress ridden. I've been avoiding working out, my eating has been emotional. Just alot on my mind that I've been sorting, so my body is suffering. Working towards that balance!
