It can be so helpful to have goals as they push us to achieve them so glad your step goal pushed you to do a couple loops around your apartment. Hope you feel better tomorrow. Did you go to the pool? I got out for a walk even though it was very cold and some of my body parts weren't happy with me at the end of the walk as they don't seem to agree with exercise. Loved the fresh air!

I am impressed with your Saturday exercise. It was pretty cold here yesterday. No I didn’t get to the pool. Stupid headache.2 -

Not sure where those steps came from. Not the greatest week goal wise. Today’s exercise is going to be mini walks. I am also starting to clean the carpets today. I do it in little bits so it might take a week or two. I am also going to cut up a bunch of veggies for munching on as well as cooking with. Off to log my food for the week.3 -

Had a nice snow today and maybe more tomorrow. Fingers crossed! Made high protein veggie chili tonight and have had a fire in the fireplace all day. A good day at home but still lots going on with my family back east with my mom in rehab facility after breaking her hip and my step mother in the hospital very sick with cancer.

Going to the pool soon. My back is unhappy with me from the carpet cleaning, meal prep and mini walks. After my swim I am going to do lots of stretching and the hot tub.
