Hello, I am at my weight goal but, I am active and MyFitnessPal ratio has me am losing muscle. I did some research and learned I should be eating 1 G protein per lb. I don't want to add calories for fear it will bump up total weight. (Don't mind muscle weight.) I played with the MyFitnessPal app and compromised at 13 g less protein to achieve protein 40%, carbs 40% and fat 20%. How do I know this is a nutritionally balanced ratio? Where can I access help on creating a healthy ratio? Thank you.

Hi. Not sure if this link will work but folks I’ve been researching as well and came across this. I only used the free macros calculator - but didn’t do a followup to double check your numbers based on additional information. That is free if you join their Facebook group.
